Absolutely. If you like the Muppets, it's hard to think that you'd be disappointed with the movie.

Doubt it. The previous Muppets movie built up a lot of good will for the franchise, which is a good sign for the sequel's success.

I don't think it will flop - people loved the first so much, it is going to at least get bums on seats.

Yes, that's what I thought, too! I loved loved loved The Muppets, but this looks more like what usually would be expected with the Muppets, more zany adventures than the last movie. I don't see anything wrong with the teaser trailer...the purpose of teaser trailers are to just let people know that the movie is coming, and to kind of set the tone, not to provide the plot or anything.

But on the topic of this flopping, I would be very shocked if it flopped. It has great momentum right now given the first one was a big success so I think it's safe to say this won't flop.

Heard about this e other day. Just saw the trailer.

First off, I'm not inherently against the "kiddie pandering" but it is misguided. Sequels always being "bigger and better" is not necessarily a good thing. And when you consider all the awesome teasers from the previous film, any other marketing campaign is just average.

And some people still didn't like the last one, which is beyond me.

I'm willing to bet the final film will be better.

Hopefully their just being more guarded about their best jokes this time around. The last one had a lot of the good stuff spoiled early on.

But they could at least thrown some funny stuff in there via trailer only footage, just to make it work better.

This should be a great sequel to a fantastic reboot and Disney knows what they are doing

I'm getting a little worried for this release …. there seems to be zilch hype for it in the UK at least ?

I love The Muppets, but this one isn't really piquing my interest as the previous outing did, I don't know why …. Of course I will go and see it, but even this thread is only a few pages long, and the release is right around the corner!
