I also got Captain America: The First Avenger, but I can't remember if it counts or not... wasn't it released by paramount?

This brings to question... are we including all Marvel films on our list of Disney films? I was only ready to include Captain America and Thor because Disney had acquired Marvel when they were released. Should I include X-men First Class though? Or for that matter any of the other prior films? (Iron Man, Hulk, Daredevil, Spider-man, ect.)

Captain America, Thor and Iron Man are produced by Marvel Studios, not Paramount. Paramount is the Distributor. It's just like the deals with Dreamworks Animation and Universal, then Paramount and now Disney. Spider-man is produced by Sony, X-Men is Fox, et cetera, so Marvel Studios isn't involved, so I probably wouldn't class them as Disney.
