What the hell is "Chat" and why is it relevant to this thread? I don't understand why you would want to remember who said what in which thread and drag that into other discussions. Please stop the bickering. There is no need to debate the purpose of this thread. It exists and I see no reason why it can't. If you disagree with it existing, you're free to add your two cents to that effect if you haven't already. But that doesn't really seem to be a topic for debate, especially heated and pointed one. If this thread is just going to be an excuse to beat up on one another (which, need I remind you, is against our main rule), then we'll re-close it. Thanks.

Obviously, I'm not the best person at reading people. That's why I don't pretend to be a shrink of any type and you were wrong about that. The reason I do that kind of thing is because if people are going to reply to something I say with anger or attitude, they need to realize the best thing to do is to flat-out ignore me. They don't. They try to correct me, which they don't do by clearing their name. Instead, they come up with insane, absurd judgments like (you don't need a rehash, you can read, you said them all). That's not ignoring me. That's the opposite of ignoring me, Siren.

So I give them a taste of their own medicine. If you don't like it, ignore me. Siren, same goes for you. And Super Aurora, same goes for you as well. If you think there's something wrong with the way I deal with people - keep it to yourself. Because the reason these threads keep getting locked is because people can't ignore me. I don't know why- it's not hard. I say crazy things and my sense of humor is the same as someone who's had their heart surgically removed yet still walks amongst the living. No one's perfect and we all have a few screws loose. Know this and learn from it. If you want to get pissy, do it elsewhere and keep my name out of your mouth.

With that in mind, this is the last time you'll hear me talk about anyone else without them addressing me first. You're right, no more judging. I don't hold grudges either. I don't care about what you said anymore. I already explained why it seemed shady from the getgo. And you didn't deal with that, you ignored it. Whatever. It's over. Politically- I'll always respect you and unlike people I've fought with over politics in the past, you actually taught me some things. I think about what you've said all the time. Not bad for a non-American. And I hope we can keep discussing things that interest us. Maybe I'll even check out some Bob Dylan (a big maybe, mind you).

Despite the arguing, I still see the good in everyone here.

And of course I see the good in you as well. It's not that I suddenly don't "like" you anymore, it's just that I don't like it when people explain my own posts to me. You reply by saying I should have ignored you when you did that. Well, how can I ignore you when you misrepresent what I said? I have to react to clear up any misunderstandings that might have otherwise continued to exist. (Like that I resent gay-themed threads, which couldn't be further from the truth.)

All in all, I *still* don't know what this "Chat" is you keep on referring to. Is it some place where member of UD go to to secretly bad-mouth other member of UD behind their backs? You know, I've known some places like that (internet forums, I mean). It always struck me as pathetic. If I have something to say about anyone, I'll say it here, out in the open. Whatever "Chat" is, thanks for 'defending' me. You didn't have to do that, yet you did.

Generally we play chat games (20 Questions, SFD, Would You Rather, etc.), chat about Disney, chat about our day, chat about our plans for the weekend, etc. It's somewhat like forum posting, except it doesn't get archived, only happens when people are in there, and isn't really exciting until after midnight (eastern standard time).

Sometimes, there are things said in chat that's best left in chat. Not always about other forum members, just in general.

You know, When I first joined this forum, I initially got the notion that this forum was a relative peaceful and mature forum where not only young adult join but older adults as well. I never thought it would become a lulzy drama like when I've join SPPF. Oh well.
