From the looks of it, it looks like it will be another code that you have to enter to print out the movie cash yourself. I have been unable to understand why Disney does this. They still have to print it on paper. Why not just print out the movie cash and save us a step? They did that with the movie cash to see HSM3 if you bought the 2-disc version of the second film.
Anyway, I'm really excited for this release and I'm glad to see Disney return to doing cool backgrounds inside the case. Lately they have been kind of bland inside.

Probably to make it less likely for people to steal it?

That can't be, because if you were going to steel the movie cash out of the DVD case at the store, it works the same way still. You would just steal the paper with the code on it instead.
My theory is that they do this to make it more inconvenient because somewhere out there is somebody lazy enough to not type in the code online, so to those few people, Disney won't have to reimburse them. However, it makes it inconvenient for the consumer who now has to take an extra step and to waste another piece of paper to get their movie cash. I'm not saying its that big of a hassle, but for an environmentally friendly company like Disney, I would expect them to not want you to wast paper.

I honestly can't wait to see this title, I haven't seen it in YEARS, but I always remembered liking this one.
The picture will surely be fantastic, and I actually LIKE DTS better than True HD sound...
Movie cash to see UP too?? Excellent!

I watch Pixar films too often. I only last watched it last month. I'm trying to watch a little less in anticipation of future releases.
And also prefer DTS over TrueHD, but that's because I only have an SD audio reciever, and the DTS will be 1.5 mbps instead of 640.

That's pretty much what I said though. it wont outright stop people, just makes it less likely. its the same reason you usually see codes under bottle caps of sodas to enter online these days instead of "you've won a free soda" like it was in the 90s. People are less likely to enter that winning code if they have to first put in the code to redeem it. and so the company looses less money. I mean, think about it, even if you legitimately bought a bugs life, you couldn't say, buy it a half hour before the movie and get into the theater for free to see UP. Making it inconvenient is exactly what their trying to do, in hopes that less people will do it. they'll give you free tickets as an incentive to buy the blu ray, but they
hope you'll buy the tickets yourself.

I think the best deal is Best Buy where it's 27.99 AND you get a free Pixar Poster with it. It's a very nice, high quality printed poster of all 10 Pixar film posters.

Just watched it, it is jaw-drop-fan-tab-u-gasm.
If you haven't seen this movie on Blu-Ray, then you just haven't seen it.

It. Was. Amazing.
It's my favorite Blu-ray so far - I've never enjoyed the movie so much. Might watch it again tonight.

Anybody hooked up with BD-Live? Those features would be much more fun If I had someone to use them with(let's face it, none of us are really in the same area).

Just finished the film. The picture is the usual fantastic thing you get from Pixar, and the audio sounded quite good(been upgrading my speakers), though not as impressive as Bolt's sound. I can't say I enjoyed the movie more than on DVD(maybe watched it too many times), but I enjoyed it nonetheless. A worthwhile purchase.

Ooo i might go get it tomorrow since that's when i get paid! Now all I need is a blu-ray player. A friend and I have been talking about getting one together and sharing it, sort of a joint custody thing. I just hope we don't stop being friends, has anyone ever heard of a friendship pre-nup?

I got mine last night at Best Buy after driving around for an hour looking for it. I just moved for the summer and the Best Buy is 30 minutes away, so I tried everywhere else first. I probably should have called. And that poster is very nice.
The film looks incredible in HD and the two new bonus features were very worthwhile.
