You fight Marluxia three times in the PS2 remake. In the GBA version you only fought him twice.

Finally, after an entire week of trying to destroy that confounded Maleficent (who still looked pretty sick), I beat her last night with a deck that a Youtube video recommended: one full of raids. Fire raid, Ice raid, Thunder raid, etc. And I actually won!

I was re-playing this the other day. I've been on a kick since Birth by Sleep, and been re-playing the whole series. I've always enjoyed CoM, and I think they did re:CoM really well. I don't think it's quite as difficult as the GBA version though.
Kingdom Hearts 2 wasn't quite as bad as I remember either. But I was in a really good/optimistic mood, so...
