Like other Sherman Brothers tunes it's very catchy and memorable and has been stuck in my head on many occasions.

Tanz auf dem Seil from the musical er Glöckner von Notre Dame. The song is really beautiful, especially the ending. Which is what is stuck in my head.

Bare Necessities always seems to be in my head in the morning. It's a good song to wake up to.

On the way home from ultimate frisbee a couple of weeks ago, my best firend and I heard the song on the radio and sang it together in falsetto. We are both straight males whose tastes don't touch bubblegum pop at all, so if that doesn't make it perfectly okay to know the lyrics to the song, then I don't know what will.
