Wow...most of the August 21st releases have dropped to $22.99 on Amazon in Blu-Ray packaging. The DVD packaging blu-rays are still $29.99....that's just nasty.

Thank you for the update, NeverLand!
It's odd that you're getting The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh only on DVD. Did you get the new Winnie the Pooh film on Blu-ray over there?
It seems that a lot of territories are not getting any of the Pooh films on Blu-ray. Is it because Pooh is considered a pre-school property and thus not deemed commercial enough to be released on Blu-ray?

I dont know why they don't want to release ANY Winnie movie on Bluray in Middle East.
Unfortunately last year we didn't get the 2011 Winnie Movie on Bluray .. and The Tigger Movie also!
Even next year the classic film will be released only on DVD

Fingers crossed that Hunchback and Hercules will have a quality video presentation.
While they fucked up Tarzan, at least there's a THX-Certified DVD we can still watch, with perfect video (for a DVD). If they make the same mistake with these two movies, we won't have any decent DVD to watch (Hunchback's has loads of issues, and Hercules' is non-anamorphic and heavily aliased).

Im so glad they have finally decided to release Hercules and all the others, I guess all the years of having my "I want them on Blu" siggy finnaly paid off.
I hope we get Aladdin soon in the Middle East, can't wait.

Like a year ago I saw a HDTV rip of Hercules that looked AMAZING so I have high expectations for Hercules, Mulan and Hunchback on Blu-Ray... On the other hand seeing the half-arsed releases Disney has put out the last six months I don't dare getting my hopes too high...
