Better prepare to wring her neck, then. I honestly don't believe there will be another single released from Confessions On A Dance Floor, in America, anyway. As much as I love "Get Together", I feel that "Jump" should have been the third single. In fact, it would have made sense, because "Jump" was used in the trailers for The Devil Wears Prada. Madonna seriously needs to fire the people who have been handling her releases over the last few years. They have passed over so many great single choices!

I'm listening to The All-American Rejects first album, approprietly titled, The All American Rejects. It's funny. I'm not too keen on today's popular rock music and I hate Fall Out Boy and Panic! At The Disco with a passion but AAR
has become one of my favorite bands. I constantly listened to "Dirity Little Seceret" in 8th grade and my favorite song at the moment is "Dance Inside"
(an unrealese single off their sophomore album).

So do I - they are very smart, very talented girls. And as musicians go, they make very good role models. I also like their music, but I guess people could/would call them 'crossover's. For the most part, I hate country. Dumb music all about one-night stands, getting drunk, and pick ups at bars. They have the least interesting stories to tell, yet rap, another form of music that's about telling about real-life, gets all the negative attention (long live racism, I guess).

I was just listening to The Cars - "You Might Think" and I have an unbelievable story to tell about this song. I was watching The Fly: Collector's Edition the other day and the very second I go to put the DVD back in the case and I walk over to by bookshelf - I hear my roomate outside in the kitchen is listening to the radio. And what song is playing? "You Might Think" by The Cars. Well, if you were ever a big Music Video freak like I was, you might know that there's a sequence in the "You Might Think" video where Ric Ocasek is watching some supermodel via all forms of things around her (very animated video- I highly recommend it if it's ever on DVD ; the model could have been his future wife, I'm not sure) and one of the things he turns into is taken directly from the original 1958 version of The Fly - he's a big fly body with his own human head.
