ahh they were all excellent!

lol i went in a few days ago to pick them up, and the shipment had been delayed.

shop woman: i will check their status on the computer...what was it again?
me: pocahontas special edition
shop woman: (typing it in wrong on the computer)poca..pocahoontis?
me: oh, its P-O-C-A-H-O-N-T-A-S
shop woman: oh okay, no nothing in store..what was the other one?
me: lilo and stitch special edition
shop woman: okay...(begins to type leelo)
me: no sorry, its L-I-L-O
shop woman: (typing rather hard into the computer)no sorry nothing in store...*she then takes a deep breath*
what was the last one?
me: mulan special edition
shop woman: (turns towards me, raises an eyebrow and pushes the computer monitor away from me) okay, im gonna wager we dont have that one either

i guess alot of disney movies do have weird names

Funny anecdote, but that shop lady musta been living under a rock for the past 10 years!

*ahem* The last Disney movie I saw was Alice in Wonderland and Lion King 1 1/2, both on the Disney channel. I haven't seen the former (Alice) in yeaaaars and I hadn't ever seen the latter in its entirety so that was fun. Neither really warrant a purchase but they made the last 4 hours skip by fairly fast. XD~

Went and saw National Treasure last night, against my better judgement, but found myself really enjoying it.

It isn't high art, but it is a lot of fun.

Hello everybody, I'm new here!

This is my very first post in this forum and here it goes:
I just watched The Jungle Book 2 few days ago and even though it wasn't that great movie altogether I enjoyed it quite much. I was surprised how great the artwork and animation was and the characters looked and gestured just like in the original film. Great Disney sequel if you ask me (and I haven't seen many greats).

Tonight I watched my Origional 1986 1st Printing White Clamshell VHS Edition of the rare and out of print 1962 Classic Escapade In Florence. I love that movie now the song Amore, and Bell'e Bell'e Florence are stuck in my head.

This weekend my grandkids and I watched:

"Old Yeller"

"North Avenue Irregulars"

"Cat From Outer Space"

and 10 cartoons from the Goofy Collection.

It was a great weekend with all the kids and Grandma and Grandpa are bushed this day. Can't wait for Christmas morning, though.

Hello everyone, I am new to the forum, thanks to my brother Snowbot.

I, like my bro, had last seen "Newsies" in the theater in 1992, but thanks to him I just recently watched it on DVD on Thanksgiving, and it was fabulous!

Now I have the soundtrack and I can't stop listening to it.
