Is Merida a meet and greet character in Disneyland Paris? Does anyone know?

Merida is not at Disneyland Paris at all. I don´t know why they haven´t got her yet. But Anna and Elsa will come to Disneyland Paris in November. They will be in the Christmas parade, but we don´t know if they will do meet and greet with guests.

Disney's Divinity wrote:I don't consider that "standing up" for herself when she was still leaving the final decision in the Stepmother's hands. And, in the end, if the Fairy Godmother had not appeared, Cinderella would not have went to the ball.
And I suppose Cinderella does have some self-motivated thoughts, but I don't consider much of "A Dream Is a Wish" and would hope my daughter would think of better ways to succeed in her life than wishin' and hopin'. The only thoughts the other two have are exclusively about romance/marriage (both before and after they actually meet their princes), so not self-motivated to me. At her worst, Merida is still more of a fully-developed, autonomous person than any of these characters, so I wouldn't be bothered if my daughter liked her.
It is standing up, just not as much as she could have. But if she did tell her stepmother she was going no matter what, then her stepmother would definately not let her go with them.
The Fairy Godmother making Cinderella able to go doesn't matter. Cinderella tried to go herself is the point.
Snow White and Aurora wanted more than just love. Snow White wanted to be taken away to a better life and Aurora wanted to meet someone other than her aunts and who was more relatable to her.
But you're right, Merida is more autonomous of course, and it would be great if a child modeled themselves after her.

Just becasue Merida’s movie is called "Brave", doesn’t make her the bravest of them all…
Did you mean because she went against her stepmother when the invitation came, because she went to the ball against her stepfamily, was in disguise to everyone there, and midnight could have given her up? Even though she's my favorite character, I don't think Cinderella was as brave as Merida who did the archery in defiance of all the people around her and who went against two bears.

Hmm now that is interesting ... I wonder why she isn't included ? Especially as she is promoted in the shop windows of the park etc ?

Another image with Merida's new design. She looks horrible. Not to mention she sticks out like a sore thumb.

She looks terrified . . . but to be fair, I would be too if someone ripped out my eyelashes like that.

They all stick out like a sore thumb thus actually making Merida fit it in! Isn't paradox so awesome?

She looks kind of creepy. They did that because Disney was accused of giving Merida mascara in the older clip art. She's certainly not wearing any now.

Look at Merida being all proud with no make-up.
This whole thing is so damn awkward.

And making her the only dress to not be sparkly is just beyond dumb, for goodness sake.
Either sparkle her up too, or just don't bother (please, don't bother, we are begging you Disney) sparkling up the others either. Makes the statement they are trying to make with all the other Princesses even more invalid when they plonk Merida in, not conforming to the other Princesses way of being.

I asked my little neighbor the other day about her Rapunzel doll she was playing with, and she was explaining all about Rapunzel's glowing hair, and how it can help people, which was so sweet. I asked her if she liked Merida, and she - no word of a lie - rolled her eyes and said "Pffft, no! She's annoying and boring and was mean to her mum. Even my
brother doesn't like the film."
Oh little ones can be so amusing!

Ew Merida looks like an ugly pig with a red mop on its head *vomits*
Her eyes are terrifying too. Thankfully the other princesses would bully and torment her in real life. Imagining that sends a thrill through my body!

She does look psychotic like she wants to strangle everyone in their sleep and be like Pinkermina from MLP art.
By the way, Merida is a Pixar princess. She can't be a Disney princess. Disney owns Pixar, but they also own the Muppets and ABC. They wouldn't make a Muppet or ABC news caster a princess.
That's from Disney Duster over at the Brave thread and it just made me laugh my ass off big time of what she or he said especially having an ABC newscaster or a muppet as a princess.
Now for anyone who has deviantart, i think the idea of having Disney princesses as ABC newscasters would be funny especially them as muppets. That could be one of the funniest things i would see in Disney fan art.
