Why would DMR be ending in the first place? I still have around 7500 points I haven't used.

This is the first time I've heard of this.

It's pointless IMO.
Agree. This is what, the 3rd time?

I think they're just trying to use that as a selling point, same as the "Back in the Vault" marketing.

Has anyone redeemed their points on DMR since they started the "50 points back" offer? I read that you'd receive an email with a special code to get the 50 point bonus within 72 hours of redeeming, but it's been 72 hours as of tonight since I redeemed points for a DVD and I still haven't gotten an email?
This was my first redemption from the site, I got
Finding Neverland on DVD for 750 points and I already got a shipment notification!

I redeemed my points for The Shaggy Dog (Tim Allen Remake) on day 1 of the promotion yet I haven't received an email with my 50 points bonus yet and I already received The Shaggy Dog in the mail earlier in the week...I think i'll give DMR a call on Monday

I'm so happy they are extending it. It means that I won't lose my hard-earned points if I can't find rewards worth redeeming...

Weird, I didn't know you needed an email as they just instantly credited me the 50 points (I used it weeks ago).

That's odd, because at the bottom of the email they sent promoting the offer, it says "A unique 50-point code will be sent to you via email within 72 hours of redeeming your reward."
Did the 50 point credit show up in your "My Recent Codes" list?

I still haven't gotten my 50 points back and it'll be a week tomorrow night since I redeemed! I've emailed DMR twice now and no response yet.

I git tired of waiting, so I went ahead and entered in all my points I did not enter yet (Incuding the Blu-Ray of Bambi which I got today). I now have 1800 points and I am thinking between the Goofy/Pluto pins and the Woody's Roundup Guitar.

So I pre-ordered Tangled at the Disney Store rather than through Disney Movie Rewards because I want it the day it comes out. You guys think there's still a way to redeem the 200 bonus points they're offering?

Uhh... seems unlikely.

Well, I redeemed my points for the first time to get a Finding Neverland DVD, and am a bit disappointed as when it arrived it was the full screen version. I took the chance in redeeming and wondered if it would be the widescreen, but sadly, it's not.
I wish they would add a bit more detail to some of the rewards to let us know what we're getting (or what we're not). Not sure what I'll do with the DVD; I'd sell it on eBay except it's only fetching about .99 as full screen. I know I could just keep it, but I don't like films presented in full screen, even if it was "free."

Try emailing DMR customer service. Maybe they can switch it out for a Widescreen version.

It seems the DMR site is down....

I was getting a "Technical Fault" error every time I tried to sign in earlier this evening, but everything seems to be fine now.
March newsletter is out... Click the link for five (5) points as usual, or enter the code embedded in the link:

Any one have problems validating their TRON Legacy soundtrack CD? I couldn't get mine to validate. Seems like the widget wasn't working. I e-mailed them a couple of weeks ago but never got a response back yet.
