I know that there aren't only flambouant gays, I didn't mean to come across as ignorant...sorry if I did! I mean, people of any sexual orientation are always so different from one another, so obviously that includes gay guys, but I was just wondering! :)

Yea, um, you can't prefer to be gay or straight. And being gay is just as staright and narrow in the way that phrase often means.

As for guys acting straight or whatever, if what you like doesn't show up in any way how you act, that is quite weird.

I don't know who you were talking to with this, but do you mind elaborating?

Nah I was just pointing it out, but anyways as I said yes Gay guys can act like gentlemen it's not uncommon.

Oh, and Avaitor: we were even in the Disney Store, and I was talking about princesses, and I totally forgot!!! Ugh!!! :p

It's nice to know about the gentleman thing. :)

It was directed at everyone. I didn't think I needed to elaborate, but if what you like, "gay" things and the same sex, and how you act and come off to other people, does not correlate at all (i.e. you do not seem gay at all), I find something odd about that.

Well, "bang" is my replacement word, since I can't use a certain four-letter word on here. Basically, out of all of the princesses, how would you rank them in terms of looks and what not?

Here's my list, as told to Amy:

Aurora
Ariel
Jasmine
Tiana
Cinderella
Belle
Snow White

Oh, what a fun game! Disney princesses in bang order... OK, here goes....

1. Belle
2. Mulan
3. Tiana
4. Pocahontas
5. Cinderella
6. Jasmine
7. Ariel
8. Aurora
9. Snow White

(While I much prefer Snow White to Aurora personality-wise.... Snow is 14, so, that's just awkward. This list really was comprised more based on personality and how much I would get along with them romantically, IMO, than just looks.... Because that's just silly. And I withhold judgement on Rapunzel until I see the film. Based on what we've seen so far, though... I'd put her between Mulan and Tiana.)

And I always thought Jasmine would break in half.

I'm gay as hell, but I would certainly hold an umbrella over my hag's head if we were out with only one umbrella and it started to pour....it has nothinh to do with sexuality....it's called being polite/thoughtful....and I'm 6 inches taller than she!

Yup, he does. And people can be nice to married people, haha. :p He had been curious since last week when I mentioned that aspect of my life, and we talked more in depth about it yesterday, so yeah, he knows.

And @ Disney Duster:

I mean, some guys like sports and things, and they're gay. Like what kenai3000 said:
There are Straight-acting Gay guys not just the flamboyant ones.
But I guess what you're saying is that if you're hiding that side of you, then something's wrong? It's not even a big deal that I don't fully get it, I guess.

And Goliath, Avaitor had mentioned that one way to maybe see if this guy is gay or straight is to ask him the order he'd like to bang the princesses in... :)

It wasn't the act of holding the umbrella- that's just being nice (I mean, last night I was with a group of people, and the gay guy held the door open for my friend and I, so there's nothing questionable there), but the fact that he mentioned wanting to be gentlemanly or do the gentlemanly thing or whatever he said...I guess I think of the term gentleman as being manly...in my apparently minimal experience with gay guys, some don't seem to want to seem manly. Not that all my gay friends have been flambouant, because, no, but I was just wondering if being gentlemanly was something most gay guys care about...?

Ooooh! You mean the order in which you'd like to fuck the Disney princesses. :D

What do you expect him to say? If he gives his list, you know he's straight, but if he doesn't, he must be gay? What about the possibility that he's simply not into cartoon characters? :P

Aren't most of the Disney princesses underage anyway?
Margos wrote:Oh, what a fun game! Disney princesses in bang order... OK, here goes....
This 'game' definitly deserves its own thread.

Yeah, that's why. A 16 year old is fine to me, but 13? That's middle school. Notta chance.

If he doesn't want to bang a cartoon character, than he would say so. If he says that he doesn't have an interest in woman or something to that extent, then he probably is gay. Who knows what he would say, though?

16 years is still underage and not legal. Therefore, Ariel, Aurora and Eilowny would be off-limits.

It was more a joke than a serious suggestion, but this was/is getting seriously off-topic in this thread. But if somebody would want to start such a thread, it's probably best if it's not me. I think some people (I won't mention names) would jump on it to claim it affirms their 'image' of me...

 I still haven't asked that, but I seriously doubt that he'd say that he's not into women. He's a very private person...like, I was playing the "get to know you by asking questions" game with a volunteer and a lady we work with, and he participated somewhat, but he's very private...I asked him why on the ride home, and he said that people can use things against you if they know things about you.

That sounds like he's had some sort of experience with that... Nothing related to the gay topic, but interesting... :? :P

Amy, I still stand by what I said because that was exactly what I was talking about. If you don't get it, okay, I don't think many people here will anyway.

As for what kenai300 said, um, if you're gay and you act straight, wtf?! Do not call it acting straight. Just calling acting macho or non-flamboyant. But it just proves the point I was making.

Margos...usually when you talk about who you want to bang, that isn't the same as who you would fall in love with for who they are, just saying.
