Did you get my email Al from Ag? I'm sorry to bump this up, but I can't PM back, and as this is your own thread, I thought it would enable you to read it!

Hey Aladdin!
I was kinda sorta wondering if you maybe kinda sorta had made any new art to show off to us. I'm not trying to hint at suggestions or anything, I'm just giving this thread a friendly bump.
We all loved your work and would love to see anything new...if you have anything, that is.

Yaaaaaay new artwork
Although I do have a question....do you sketch out the picture first on paper to get an idea of what you want to do? Either way I still say you should be working at Disney

It's been months since your last artwork, and the recent one is brilliant as always, Al. I WANT YOUR HANDS!

Well, I'm just wondering... if you're not busy... can you please do a guy with a bowler hat for me?

Wow, that looks awesome. It seems that 'Enchanted Tales' have inspired you.

Thanks everyone for the comments! I'm glad you like it!
Chernabog_Rocks I usually don't scetch out the picture first but this time I did it because when you have to draw two or more diferrent characters you have to be very careful.
slyslayer3000 thanks but you'd probably need only my right hand- my left hand is realy lazy and only plays a supportive role!

Thanks for the request but unfortunately I don't take requests any more just because if I do it for one I should do it for everyone else too and yes, I'm rather busy at Uni for the time being.
sotiris2006 thanks. Yes E.T. inspired me and, although Jasmine was not quite on-model in many scenes, she is JASMINE!! And that says a lot, I guess!

I just love "Aladdin" so much!

You are an amazing artist, and this is not the first time I said this.
Your Evil Queen drawing has already been on my desktop background for about a month !

Jack Skellington I'm honoured!
Thanks everyone for the nice comments! I changed all the pictures of my fanart from "jpeg" to "png" so there is better quality now; more vibrant colours and no blurring at all! Check again my latest pic ,and if you like, the pics on the frontpage. I think there is a diferrence. I'm so stupid I hadn't thought about it before!
p.s. Some pictures that were on the frontpage are missing cause I didn't have the time to update every single picture. I'll do it soon!

I was gonna bump this someday to ask if you were continuing, so glad to see I didn't havet to. The picture is wonderful (LOVE the curly Arabian trees in the background, and Rajah's perfection particularly), but it's just great you're drawing at all again, and things you like!
HOORAH! Prince Ali art-skilled is he Aladdin from Agrabah!

(elephants like in Prince Ali's parade).
How are things at Uni? Good grades are important but you can't live without having fun and doing what you love to do (draw!). That's why you're getting good grades in the first place, to be able to afford to live a happy, fun life doing what you want to do.

Only thing I found out about PNG is that it's hard to save it off the internet, which is good if you don't want other people copying your work, but it can backfire, ha. I started using PNG for the quality also, but I recently got a new computer and had saved my art onto discs to transfer them. Well, the discs didn't take for some reason, and all my art was lost. Then, I thought, I can at least save the versions I put up on DeviantArt.com, even though they were reduced in size, but I couldn't save them because of the PNG format.

Disney Duster thanks for the nice comments, I truly appreciate it! Things at Uni are not quite good, I didn't study at all during the summer holidays and now the given time for me to study just isn't enough... I'm in a mess! You're so right about having fun, but when on vacation I had waaay too much fun -away from my computer and artwork though- so I have to pay the price now!
slave2moonlight, I tried to save the PNG versions off the internet and -at that time at least- it worked. Anyways, the drawings in my computer are all BMP files so I guess there's not a problem for the time being. Thanks for the advice and the information, though!

Inspiration comes whenever it wants, and to me it often comes when it shouldn't! Anyways here's a fictional character of mine who came to my mind when I saw a trailer on TV for an upcoming greek tv series about two mermaids who -guess what!

- leave behind their underwater world to explore an island.
Her name is Cyane and I'll try to work on her story whenever I find the time to do it. I hope you like her!
