To me it doesn't matter who are the next princesses featured in the second volume, the important thing is that they're not cancelling this collection!!!

You were right. I guess Jim Hill is even less dependable than I thought, though I had my doubts anyway. He merely said "the first and only volume of Enchanted Tales" so he didn't go into great deatil on it anyway.

i'm wondering kinda of story would they even do for Cinderella? I mean I don't some crap like we saw in Cinderella 2 like how be royal heiress or Jaq having unhealthy obession on Cinderella.....

How about a story were Cinderella and Mulan fight to the death? I mean, if Cinderella can break out of runnaway pumpkin choaches, surely she can take on Mulan?

we allready have a sowerd fight betwen Aurora and Jasmine in the first volume and a cat fight betwen Belle and Pocahontas in volume 3,also Snow White and Ariel make a tea party under the sea in volume 4.
and i wonder what stories Mulan and Cinderella will have...

No, because Mulan is chinese and we all know asian have mad CrAzy skillz.

Do you realize how sharp glass is? But your right Mulan does have krazy skillz.

Don't get me wrong, I really love Cinderella and her character, but do we really need to have another 'Cinderella' story so soon after A Twist In Time? And also, part II of her trilogy was very simmilar to what 'Enchanted Tales' consists of, only of lower quality etc. I would have liked to see Belle have her story, or Snow White. Of course, I would love an Ariel story, but as her sequal is coming so close, it be unfair to have her in Enchanted Tales as well. But I'm glad they are going to focus on Mulan, and presumably Pocahontas as well.

Also, did anyone noitice how much Ariel is being featured lately? She is having as much prominance as Cinderella and Belle at the moment. And she is ussually in her pink dress. Just something I've noticed.

yeah,i noticed the pink dress thing,too,mybe they realized that Ariel standing with the other Princesses on land as a mermaid dosn't make any sense so they put her in that dress,i also noticed that she's replacing Belle in everything (Smarties,Broadway,and also the four princesses are now Snow white,Cinderella,Aurora and Ariel insted of Belle,poor Belle).
basiclly,Cinderella has the most stuff and only Ariel has summer stuff.

that's because of the platinum edition. when they announced the PE, they promised a merchandising phenomenon to go with it.

the way i see it, pocahontas will be in vol3, because it seems like theyre pairing the less popular/merchandised ones (aurora, mulan) with the already popular ones (jasmine, cinderella)
or they could be pairing older ones with newer ones.

i think they are pairing older ones with newer ones,the problem is that after will be pair with a princess (the only who left are Ariel,Belle and Pocahontas) there will be 2 new princesses (and since Ariel is like Pocahontas and Ariel is also like Belle i guess Ariel will be with Snow white and Belle will be with Pocahontas).

Snow White is the one I can't wait for, we've never had any new Snow White since the original (except, aparently, the animated intros on the Disney Princess DVDs), and I think they would put an even bigger effort into hers because she's so important to the history of the Disney company.

but Ariel and Belle are too much like each other,i would love to see the Ariel and Snow White stories (Ariel is my favorite and Snow White has the first story since her film).

Belle and Ariel aren't that much alike, especially not from what we've seen of Belle's new story. Snow White being partnered with Pocahontas makes more sense from a public relations standpoint.

Ariel and Belle-are too much like alike in their personality.
Snow White and Pocahontas-Princesses that like nature.
Cinderella and Mulan-Princesses who proved that thay can shine.
Aurora and Jasmine-Princesses who are forced to merry a prince.
