Even though I own the original DVD, I will definitely buy the BLU RAY. Just wish there was a way to get it in iPod format (its the one Disney Princess movie I'd love to watch on my iPod). I did end up getting Sleeping Beauty before it was vaulted.

Perhaps the upcoming DVD will have a digital copy?

I have the 2001 Edition and will buy the new one if it has more and better bonus material.

I'm pretty sure it is just promo art.

It's a bit early for them to even have a press release yet.

What are you talking about? Her hips are covered up by the logo.

The dress is big but the hips are in the changing room right now. we'll see when they come out.

I'm sure the final art will change, the 101 Dalmatations art in the inserts was nothing like the final version (although some of the others have been the same). Although I'm sure they will use something very similar to that with the ballroom scene and the other characters looking up at them. I have a feeling they will alter the character models a bit but that will be it.

Yes, the cover will be changed to be drawn better later. I like it's main concept.

The only thing really wrong is that Belle's dress needs to be the correct different shades of gold, not all one shade of yellow!

Did anyone see that Beauty and the Beast movie on SyFy the other day? Ha, weird. Beauty was called Belle in it, too.

I like this cover better than the PE one. And it's probably not even the final cover. Cool.

Those two things aside I don't think it looks too bad.

So this is a go for Oct right? Because I keep hearing that this is going to be pushed back for next year. Also, is the 3-D film version is coming out?

As of right now it is indeed coming out in October. I'm personally hoping for the original theatrical version to be released. Same with the Lion King when that comes out again.

I don't know how I feel about that cover. The Platinum Edition is by far my favorite cover of any Disney release so far, so I knew it was gonna be hard to top it, but... I don't know. Maybe as long as they fix the fact that Beast and Belle are noticeably off model, it'll be good.

BatB is my favorite Disney movie, so it'll be hard to please me on this one. I think it deserves the very best, sooo... I guess if its not I'll just have to survive with my beautiful Platinum Edition.[/i]

It's simply beautiful! belle does seem to like the beast's horns, and the Beast is off-model, but I'm liking where this is going.

I didn't noticed that she was looking at his horns before you said so

Disney has never released final cover art this early. It'll most likely go through a few more drafts before October. I doubt the scene or character positions will change, but I'm absolutely sure they'll make the characters look a bit more on model.
