I wish people cared about Beauty and the Beast the same way they care about The Simpsons.

I'm almost done with the first Jeff Goldblum episode. While I don't care about sneaker culture, Jeff is so charasmatic and interesting that it makes for a good watch. The Adidas Lab was kind of interesting. I wonder if he or Disney paid for his custom sneakers, or did they go halvsies, or did the maker give them for free for the publicity?! I'm hoping that some future episodes will have a topic I'm interested in, but even if not, I know it'll still be entertaining thanks to Jeff. (edit- Ep 2 = ice cream= definitely am a fan)

Beauty and the Beast is confirmed for March 2020. POTC is likely because of how popular those films are and Disney has slowly been releasing their live-action blockbusters on 4K. The others seem a tad bit more unlikely for now but maybe after Disney starts releasing their bigger Walt-era classics on 4K, then we can expect the less popular films to get similar physical releases.

So no hunting cartoons then (like "Moose Hunters", "The Whalers" or "Polar Trappers")? Are they too controversial because of their content (trying to kill animals)? In addition, no team sports cartoons with Goofy? Not even "How To Play Baseball"? Also, is "Clock Cleaners" the correct version where Donald yells "Says you!" at the mainspring? Or is it the poorly-censored version?

"The Brave Little Tailor" is also on Disney+, but you have to go to the extras section of "The Sword in the Stone" to find it.

I'm surprised "Mickey's Christmas Carol" isn't on Disney+, due to its popularity during the holiday season, but maybe it's hidden somewhere like "Brave Little Tailor."

Didn't it premiere with the re-release of The Rescuers? I checked The Rescuers' page but it has no extras besides a short clip.

Is "Clock Cleaners" the proper version, where Donald actually yells "Says you"? Or is that poorly-censored nonsensical version?

And why no hunting cartoons, like "Moose Hunters", "Polar Trappers" or "The Whalers" (which I picked only because they were on "Have a Laugh")? Have they been banned because of their subject matter (namely, hunting animals)?

I really hope we do get more cartoon shorts in the future.

And by the way, the list seems to be missing two shorts from the beta test: "Donald and Pluto" and "Modern Inventions". Have they been cut out or did you just not see them?

Interesting. Looking for "Christmas" and "Christmas Carol" in the search, it doesn't pop up. I also don't find it in the Mickey Mouse collection.

People have complained a lot about the search button and how a lot of search queries don't produce any results.

Here's another complaint...

So I have been reading rumors about many titles are likely to expire in the next few years or even the next few days, which seems pretty deceptive for those who think they might be around forever, especially since it was publicly stated that the Disney Vault would be smashed wide open. For example, "The Princess and the Frog" is rumored to be removed on November 25, less than three weeks after the service launched.

Granted, a few titles have to be shared with Netflix, but most others do not, especially since Disney Plus was created to compete with Netflix in the first place. I really hope this is not true.

I can’t find it either. I live in the Netherlands. Even when I click on the link above it says it doesn’t exist.

So I have been reading rumors about many titles have an expiration date in the next few years (2021 or so) or even the next few days, which seems pretty deceptive for those who think they might be around forever, especially since it was publicly stated that the Disney Vault would be smashed wide open. For example, "The Princess and the Frog" is rumored to be removed on November 25, less than three weeks after the service launched.

Here is an example of an article that stated this, which states that "most movies on the service currently have a date to expire set to some time in 2020 or 2021": https://comicbook.com/movies/2019/11/12 ... -revealed/.

When I read "most" in this context, I tend to believe that more than half of all the content on the site will be removed by that time.

More importantly, here's the original source of the rumor of expiration, from Stitch Kingdom of Twitter: https://twitter.com/stitchkingdom/statu ... 1369291776.

Again, if Stitch Kingdom says, "Most movies have an expiration date," then I take that to mean "more than half will be gone by 2021 or so".

Granted, a few titles are shared with Netflix (they will be returned to that site in 2026), but most others do not, especially since Disney Plus was created to compete with Netflix in the first place. I really hope this is not true.

Disney never said anything about removing titles and I think it's a bit far away to start complaining about something that may or may not happen over two years from now

I guess you'll know if that's the case by the end of November, Big Disney Fan, if TP&TF is gone from the service then.

I read in the comments that Disney was not allowed to state when/if they would be taken off the service. Amusingly, some of them have been given an expiration date of 01/01/3001, which some have speculated was just a placeholder.
