Same here. I didn't mind that she speaked, but I thought the design was a bit less imposing than how I thought she'd be. I thought she had a really tiny mouth, and the face looked like a spider monkey's.

Yeah,she did looked like a monkey,she didn't a dragon at all,Maleficent was MUCH better.

I didn't mind the dialog in the scene. I loved the line"are you on the edge of your seat Giselle? Just DYING to know how it all ends?" Her taunting reminded me of Ursula actually. But the design was to cartoony and plasticy. More appropriate for Andalasia than the real world. I would have made her scales a darker colour, extended the snout and removed the pupils from the eyes.

My friend sent me her copy of the Target Bonus Disc,
Becoming Enchanted, which I got yesterday, and immediately made screencaps of things that are only found on that disc. I just finished uploading and sorting them all out, so if you want to see them feel free;
I can still take a few more caps of things if you know exactly what you need, but please ask before the end of this week, because I have to send it back to her. I hope you all enjoy them!

Loved them! Especially the concept art. Can't we have a gallery on the DVD?

Well, that bonus disc looks interesting, but I wonder if Disney will double dip at some point and give us a proper 2-disc treatment with current bonus material and lots more. I wouldn't want to double dip only to find out that a better release is on its way. But then again, it's Disney, so one never knows...
Anyway, as for Narissa's dragon stuff: I liked her taunting, because it fit the self-referential mood of the film and thus wasn't out of place. Her dragon form looked alright for the most part, but the eyes didn't quite fit because they made her look too human, but maybe that was what the film makers intended. I would've wanted to hear a bit darker and sinister voice too, but what we heard worked well enough in the film.

I was wondering if whether or not someone had the Target Bonus Disc and would be willing to put it up on YouTube so that the less fortunate (or those who didn't get it) would be able to see it. I went ahead and bought it at Best Buy last week so that I could get some Reward Zone points and use my $10 coupon; and the Bonus Disc was only for the DVD (as the article said) and since I bought the Blu-ray Disc, I could not get the Bonus Disc. So if anyone would be willing, I'm sure that more than just myself would be happy if it was put up.

Thanks for posting the screen caps! I got the bonus disc at Target, but it's nice to see screen caps of the sketches and get a chance to look through all of them.

I believe someone already posted at everything on Target's bonus disc is on the Blu-Ray edition.

Wow! Thanks for the caps; I couldnt resist taking a look, as I cant wait for my DVD to come! I'm so glad they included the live-action stuff, it will be an interesting watch
Did you notice that the French DVD that gumby17 posted has 2 discs ?! And a much more interesting cover than the rest of us, as usual. I would have like to have had the poster that was used for the soundtrack as the cover of the DVD; that was stunning.
I'm going to have a hunt and see if I can find any info on France having 2 discs ...

I checked that on amazon.fr and there are two DVDs listed and the Blu-Ray, so there might be chance France is getting a 2-Disc, but sometimes amazon lists stuff and then they cancel it because it was actually the same item.
We'll see.

We'll see.
Or it's listing both fullscreen and widescreen DVD versions.

Did anyone else notice the Snow White reference just before True's Loves Kiss? It was when she held the two blue gems to her eyes, same as Dopey at the mine before Heigh-Ho.
My friend watched this today, she didn't care for the dragon or the way the villain was dealt with. Could have been better handled I would think.

I took a gander at the French site Dottie mentioned and it looks like the the French are getting pretty much the same thing as the UK HMV exclusive and the US Target exclusive, except their "Becoming Enchanted" bonus disc comes with something related to
Prince Caspian (stills or the trailer or a sneak peek?)
Poody wrote:I believe someone already posted at everything on Target's bonus disc is on the Blu-Ray edition.
The "Becoming Enchanted" documentary is only on the Target bonus disc, and is not on the
Enchanted Blu-Ray, nor is it packaged with any
Enchanted Blu-Rays stocked at Target.

I was just wondering. Does your Enchanted DVD slipcovers include a pop-up of the theatrical poster? Mine has one.

by my chicken is infected
A friend of mine sent me the Target DVD today, including the bonus disc.

Even though he knew I already had the DVD, but he thought I should have a proper copy of the bonus disc, instead of just a DVD-R. (I'm going to donate the new movie DVD to the public library, since it's widescreen and they only have the icky fullscreen version. I figure I don't get a chance to do this too often, so I should take it when I get one.)
The documentary is absolutely DELICIOUS.
