Somehow I think Disney is doing this on purpose to keep the hype up and raise the prices, in other words roll in the dough.

They could keep up with demand if they really wanted to, I'm sure.

Or maybe the stores did not order enough, like with Toy Story.
Nah, that's impossible. Frozen's too popular.

you can really see the flaws in Elsa's CGI design when she's translated to 2d. She looks so weirdly cutesy & young! This design would have never passed back in the 90s.
btw I like Elsa and Frozen so dont all start attacking me now. IJMHO...

No, I agree! Elsa looks like she's 13 in that sketch.

Well said. Agreed. But I was never a fan of the Frozen designs to begin with
This design would have never passed back in the 90s...
It could, considering how Ken Duncan designed Megara and Jane to be departures from the other designs.

well with Meg, that whole film's style was exagerrated to match the comedy in it, so she sorta fit. I love Jane but yeah she really has a strange design, in fact I think her 2d design most closely resembles the cgi Frozen ones. She has the big head, big eyes and tiny nose(look at her in profile and youll see what I mean.)

Fair enough.

I'm not trying to slam Jane's design entirely, since she's not exactly hideous. She does look quite English/British and actually is cute at times, but she's not drop dead gorgeous as the other heroines that preceded her.

Oh that Hans/Anna novel sound very interesting! That is if its an actually well written insight into the characters and not just another quickie cash-in with a cliff notes retelling of the film...

"*Gasp* It's Hans in disguise!"
I can actually see Oaken singing a song in the real musical, if nothing else than to serve as filler.

eh, I thought it went on way too long. Is this from the same folks who did the Maleficent spoof? The director and the slimy executives were spot on though...

This may come to Broadway faster than we thought. Apparently, a director has already been chosen.
