I'm glad we can agree on some things, Duster. I do love Maleficent, too, I don't put her far behind Tremaine, but Tremaine is my favorite after Ursula. I always loved the villain characters, so they're all pretty close together for me.

I saw this concept art online and it's really intriguing that it's the scene at the end of ONce upon a dream where Aurora and Phillip are leaning by the tree looking at the castle. But in this art Aurora has her blue princess dress. Was this from a draft of the movie where she lived her whole life as a princess?? Or maybe there was an additional scene later on where they'd go back to the forest after finding each other and knowing each others identities??

I can't tell what they're looking at either. It looks like a house...a honeymoon cottage maybe??

Anyone know :?:

Divinity, Ursula is my second favorite villain, after Maleficent is first.

Twihard, I think that is fanmade. My guess was the honeymoon cottage as well, though.

Stella Griffin doesn’t believe in fairy tales. Ever since her boyfriend dumped her three weeks before the prom—not ideal timing—she’s convinced every love story is a lie. She’s ready to skip the prom entirely. But she and her best friend, Nisha, have been planning for years to celebrate at Disneyland before the prom . . . an OG OC tradition. But even being all dressed up at the Happiest Place on Earth isn’t salvaging Stella’s night. Nisha has brought along her friend Reece to join them, and he and Stella do not get along. They’re like oil and water. Cats and dogs. Aladdin and Jafar. And so what if Reece is, fine, kind of cute? Stella’s over it all. Happily-ever-afters, true love’s kisses, princes on white horses. It’s not real. ...Or is it? Because when Stella and Reece push through a hidden door in Sleeping Beauty’s castle, they’re not in Anaheim anymore. They’re in the story. In Sleeping Beauty—with Aurora and Phillip, the fairies, Maleficent, and extremely intelligent woodland creatures.

Unfortunately, they’ve landed right in the middle of the story—which throws things off. Suddenly, Aurora and Phillip are meeting before they were supposed to. The fairies are suspicious of the interlopers, and even Maleficent gets word of their arrival. Stella and Reece will have to put aside their differences, make sure Aurora and Phillip fall in love, and get the story back on track—because if things don’t end the way they’re supposed to...they might never get home. Will they be able to pull off a fairy-tale ending? And will Stella and Reece get a happily-ever-after of their own?

Eighteen-year-old Cass Issac doesn’t believe in sticking around. She's had to move a lot due to her dads' house-flipping business—always a different school, always a new friend group. She’s learned there’s no need for drawn-out-goodbyes with people you'll lose touch with anyway. Which makes Grad Nite at Disneyland the perfect way to finish up high school, and have a magical last night with her best friend, Bryony – before she leaves once again.

But amid the roller coaster rides and Cars Land dance party, the night turns into one big disaster. When she meets cute British bassist Freddie Patel, she accidentally ruins his big break. Worse still? Cass gets in a major fight with Bryony. And instead of being able to make a quick exit, she’s thrown for a literal time loop. Which means the queen of ghosting has nowhere to go as she’s forced to relive the most dramatic night of her life, over and over. Now, Cass will have to find a way to make things right . . . or be stuck at Grad Nite forever.

That premise is literally Rapunzel Unbraided :eyebrow: . 2 Teens who dont get along getting transported into a fairytale story and they need to get the story back on track in hope to get back home and during the process they fall in love. I assume a true loves kiss between those 2 Teens will transport them back home. Alternative booktitle: Prombraided🎀 but I still find that premise really cool and hoped Disney would reuse that RU concept for another WDAS movie, but with another fairytale maybe

Still waiting for a potential 4K UHD announcement, but so far, it's just been radio silence. I know they said they were planning on restoring other Disney classics after Snow White and Cinderella, but... yeah. :?

Next year?? :o But this year is the movie's 65th! It would make way more sense for it to come out this year.

Sleeping Beauty's restoration is not bad. Maybe they want to restore another movies that have worst restorations...

I know. But again, it's nothing official. For all we know, it may still come out this year; Disney might surprise us all with an announcement. If I remember correctly, Snow White was announced last year in late August. But then again, they did announce it in Cinderella's press release. I don't know, we'll see. :D

Me, too. I have a wishlist for Disney and other studio titles to be released in 4K. For Disney, I'd like to see Sleeping Beauty, Pinocchio, Fantasia and Mary Poppins. Also hoping for a new transfer for the theatrical cut of Beauty and the Beast, but I'm not getting my hopes up. I would also love to see The Sound of Music, Gone with the Wind (this year marks an anniversary, fingers crossed), All About Eve, What Ever Happened to Baby Jane and Yentl. For Yentl, I remember there was a Blu-ray release back in 2014 or something; it was a limited edition, and I missed it; when I looked for it on ebay, it had crazy prices.

Wow, Vlad, you love all the films I live too.
I would add 4K restorations of Lady and the Tramp, Bambi, Bedknobs and Broomsticks, Meet Me in St Louis, Hello, Dolly! and Garland’s A Star Is Born.

I’m hoping Sound of Music and Oklahoma! get Fathom Events Big Screen Rereleases next year for their 60th and 70th Anniversaries In 2025. I wish Disney would rerelease their classics nationwide if only for 2-3 days as does Fathom.

Count me in as one of those who'd love to see this released on a 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray Disc :D Hopefully, we'll get it this year! This movie would be looking really beautiful in the format!

Maybe they'll announce it during this panel at the D23 Expo.

If the user who posted the video is right, Sleeping Beauty is slated for a release for later this year. If that's true, it would be amazing. Maybe they'll release it for the holidays.
