SEE! I knew I wasn't hearing things when the first lady I called said "3 slipcovers"!Nala wrote:I phoned that number and he said you're only allowed 3 as they can't give you any more than that. I ordered the ones from the Lion King but I need 3 more. I still need Mary Poppins: 40th Anniversary Edition, Bambi and Aladdin. Don't know how I'm gonna get them.
Actually, I had a man and he seemed French. He was nice though and took down my address and phone number plus postal code. He said I should get them within 2 to 3 weeks.RJKD23 wrote:SEE! But I guess it does depend on the person you get...the other ladies that answered when I called in the past never mentioned anything about a limit.
No.prettyboystyle1 wrote:Do the Collector's Editions of Atlantis, Tarzan, and Emperor's New Groove all include slip covers?
Also, Emperor's New Groove is still on sale at Bestbuy.com for 16.99, i just ordered mine.
Good Luck!prettyboystyle1 wrote:but i cant find Tarzan CE for a good price anywhere!
Do you happen to know if Disney Customer Service still carries the Ultimate Toy Box Slipcover? I found an auction where they are selling the DVDs but not the Slipcover, I forgot to call today and the auction ends on Sunday and I'm not sure whether to bid or not.RJKD23 wrote:Good Luck!prettyboystyle1 wrote:but i cant find Tarzan CE for a good price anywhere!
In addition to the Ultimate Toy Box, that's also a sought after DVD!
This is Canada. When I phoned to the US one, she never mentioned about a limit.RJKD23 wrote:SEE! me neither, but she asked "Are you going to order a whole shipload?" or something so I just ordered two that day.Nala wrote:This is Canada. Well, they didn't have Mary Poppins: 40th Anniversary Edition or Bambi. I need those two and possibly Incredibles as mine didn't have a slipcover when I bought it. When I ordered and asked for those 3 they only had Aladdin. She said I could phone back to see if they got them. The next time I phone, I'm gonna ask for a slipcover for The Incredibles.magicalwands wrote:me neither, but she asked "Are you going to order a whole shipload?" or something so I just ordered two that day.Nala wrote:This is Canada. I bought Finding Nemo at Wal-Mart today and it had the shiny slipcover. They had 4, 2 had slipcovers and 2 didn't.Jake Lipson wrote:Finding Nemo: CE -- Initial copies had a slipcover simmilar to that of A Bug's Life CE, with a shiny effect instead of opening like a book. Current copies don't have them. I've seen a couple dozen of them without the slips myself.
Pocahontas: 10th Anniversary Edition - Has a slipcover, which slips and covers, but does NOT open like a book.
