This statement caught my eye. Is that $20 for a year in US funds. I don't pay anything for my library card.
$20.00 a year...I think. :?

I don't rent from the local library though.
I prefer the university's library! ;)

Well the Rogers Video I rent from has a coupon book. You pay 19.99 Canadian and there are free rental movies in there inccluding new releases. You can save up to $100. That's a good deal if you ask me.

Same w/Netflix, I pay $19.07 a month, get 3 out at a time,and generally go through... 22 + movies/tv shows a month. It's great!

When I'm at my mom's house: Specialty Video. It's nice for a independently-owned video store. They have a pretty good selection. Kids' dvd and vhs are .99. I think all dvds are a little over $3.00...it's a bit pricey, but it's better than going to Blockbuster. God, I hate that place.

When I'm at my dad's house: Video Villa. They have a pretty good selection of movies. They have more vhs than dvd, but that's okay. Their kids' movie selection is amazing. I've been going there since I was a wee child. They have about the same prices as Specialty Video.
