You guys can e-mail
disneyinfo@disneyhelp.com and make your own suggestions as well. It seems many people do not want to take the time to do that. That is why they do these things, because very few people call or e-mail to complain. You can also call the toll free number and talk to represenatives about your concerns.
Good work Ariel for taking the time to call and e-mail. It's nice to hear that someone got through to someone higher up in the company that will listen.

Anyway, I got an out of office reply on Friday after emailing that. So he won't be back for a week.
Anyway, I must say that it was so nice to have a conversation with this guy. He was actually interested in what I had to say.
Will keep you all updated.

That's really cool. I can't believe 1) that you got to someone that high up and 2) that someone that high up actually wanted to hear your thoughts.
Now the question is, will all the Disney Stores get the update and begin offering the Gift Set with lithos soon? Hope so.

Well he said you should be able to order the Gift Set with the lithos in about a week. That was on Thursday 8/14/03. I would guess it would probably take effect 7-10 days after.

Again, thanks for your hard work Ariel. I believe Disney needs to print and distribute the new vouchers to the retail stores. I don't think they will use the current Lion King pre-order vouchers for the Collector's Gift Box set.

Awesome. Now, are the actual Disney Stores taking pre-orders for this? Shipping's way too high there, plus I don't want to risk NOT getting it on release date. Then again, through Disneystore.com, there's a good chance of getting it the day before release day, if I'm not mistaken.

You can't order thr gift set at the stores. Only online or through the catalog.
