Aaron beat me to it on the wicked monkey quote. Very hilarious but totally unprofessional. Really casts savedisney in a bad light when they post stuff like that. I think it is why they have lost a lot of their steam. But still really funny.
But as for the search, wow I get involved in corporate governance in my career and I am astounded that a DOW30 company could get away the total absense of it. I am also astounded that the pension funds that were crying for change(and rightfully so) last year seem to accept this as evidenced by there changing of votes to pro board at this year's AGM.
