Christian...
I feel kinda ashamed though, I don't ever go to church but I still keep the faith. I'm not really a religious person, I don't even know a whole lot about it.

Well, I was raised a Baptist and attended church nearly every Sunday as a child and teen.
When I was 17 I turned away from God and began to drink, smoke weed, I began to run from God. The further I ran from God the worse things became. During this whole time nothing was going right for me, I mean I had money, friends, girlfriends, a nice car, but I was completely empty. My relationship with my parents was at an all time low and I was cutting off anyone who resembled any type of good in my life.
I eventually came to the point were I was either going to come back to God, or I was going to completely write Him off. It was at this turning point that I decided to come back to God and it has made all the diference. After I turned my life around I felt like I was being called to preach and I attended a Bible college for a semester before I realized that this was not what God had for my life.
I don't really consider myself as any particular religion, and I don't really care much for titles. I attend a few different churches, some of them are Baptist, but most are non-denominational. I do believe in God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. I am a born-again Christian and beleive that the Bible is the word of God. So that's what I belive.
Sorry that I went so long.

i think its great that we were all able to say our religion and not have an arguement like some people thought

I'm Catholic by the way. I love learning about all the religions out ther. I just finished a World Religions course and an Old Testament class. It was very interesting hearing about the OT from a Catholic, Jewish, and Methodist point of view.

i'm at a very confusing point in regards to my faith right now. I was raised in a Christian home but I didn't really know much about it. I find it difficult to believe in something that I can't see, but that's what faith is about. I have a lot of questions and sometimes I just don't want to understand things that the Bible says.....
But I think at this point in my life, I really need to get in touch with my faith. I really need some peace...I've accepted Christ, but i know i'm not saved yet

Hi,
I don't really care for religion, but I am actually Anglican.
I don't really know what differentiates this from Catholic, but that what I am. I don't go to church every Sunday, but I still believe in God.
I am Anglican.
