If Disney realized:
-the cult following the movie has
-the times we´re living in (where fantasy, animation, superheroes are the trend)
Releasing the movie with the deleted scenes; hopefully as with them integrated like with Pocahontas on a Special Edition could really mean something.
By no means I think it´s going to be a success like Frozen but maybe something in the lines of The Great Mouse Detective. And with this, they´d have a movie they won´t feel they have to be ashamed of.
Today I saw Chicken Little again. A total Dreamworks rip off. And a movie that, as long as it was CGI, they don´t feel like to bury it the same way as The Black Cauldron. And, in comparison, Chicken Little falls much, much lower than TBC.
Besides, I just don´t get it. Like the Collector´s Editions of Tarzan, The Emperor´s New Groove and Dinosaur.
I mean, again, it´s not like Disney denies or has to do an effort on including the scenes. Last time they were about to! Just give them to us!
