Disney's Divinity wrote:^ I might watch the Heroes Reborn premiere. I don't know, Heroes really burned me, as far as having so much potential that went nowhere.
Yeah, since the writer's strike in season two,
Heroes kind of went down the drain. Season four seemed to pick back up, but then the show was cancelled. I'm tuning in to
Heroes Reborn kind of out of nostalgia (I mean, Hiro, HRG, and Mohinder are all back) and kind of out of hope that it'll be good. I believe that Kring will do a good job, so I'll give the show a chance.

Normally, I'm against TV spinoffs from movies, but I'm making an exception.

Well, it's been roughly two months since most of these seasons started, and I just wanted to update my list, as there are several that I haven't kept up with, some I plan on catching up with and some I've given up on. Those striked
American Horror Story: Hotel
Archer* (though, I don't have FXX, so I might not be able to see this season until it's on Hulu)
Blindspot
Blood and Oil
Brooklyn Nine-Nine
Dancing with the Stars
Empire (Hulu)
Fargo
Game of Thrones*
Gotham
Grandfathered (Hulu)
Heroes Reborn
How to Get Away with Murder
Jane the Virgin (Hulu)
Limitless
Modern Family (Hulu)
New Girl* (Hulu)
Once Upon a Time
Quantico
Saturday Night Live
Scream Queens
Supergirl
Survivor
The Bastard Executioner
The Grinder (Hulu)
The Last Man on Earth (Hulu)
The Muppets
The Mysteries of Laura (Hulu)
Wicked City (though, it was cancelled, so only 3 episodes aired; in my defense, I did watch all 3 episodes)
Worst Cooks in America: Celebrity Edition (season ended)
* = season has yet to air
I actually expected to have more strike outs, so I'm kind of proud of myself for sticking with most of the shows (if that's something to be proud of).

Yeah, I don't watch Empire, but I'd heard it had been pretty bad this season. I've also heard both Rosie O'Donnell and Mariah Carey are supposed to guest, and thought about catching those episodes.
I'm not sure if The Muppets will get a second season right now which is the reason I'm trying to stick it out and not miss an episode.

Shadow hunters ( Freeform/Netflix for those outside US on Tuesdays/Wednesdays respectively) - Interesting take on The Mortal Instruments Series, I'm curious to see where it goes
Once Upon A Time Season 5B (Sunday nights at 9|8C. ABC/CTV, returns March 6)- Hercules & other greek mythology concepts and the return of Cruella among others, HECK YES!
Agents of Shield Season 3B (Tuesdays at 9|10c ABC/CTV, returns March 1) - I must say I like many others are very impressed with how SHIELD has turned out this season so far. They finally "Got it right" so to speak. Cannot wait for any Civil War connections..... !!!!!!!
Girl Meets World (Fridays at 930|830c Disney Channel) - Again, a very impressive show that has found its true footing. Gives Boy Meets World a run for its money even. This is what live action Disney channel shows should have been all along from the get go. Very inspiring and moving, even for those outside of its age demographic. Just as powerful for those in their 20s and older and it is for teens and tweens.
Sofia the First (Saturdays at 7|6c Disney Junior) - This past season has been fabulous and has become one of my all time favourites. Very good magical concepts to rival even Harry Potter, dare I say. I'm liking the Library story arc, and am excited to (eventually) see Anna and Elsa hopefully show up. The lessons have also helped me get through a lot of things in my life as of recently and I hope that the show is as inspiring to others as it is for me.

I am definitely liking "American Crime Story: The People v. OJ Simpson". I can remember where I was, when the Bronco chase happened, and sort of, when the verdict happened.
While hard to watch at times, as I think Simpson is a rotten human being, the cast definitely make it watchable.

American Idol (Katy Perry and Lionel Ritchie as judges sounds great)
Feud (Princess Diana)
Once Upon a Time
A Place to Call Home (season 4 was fantastic after a dull 3rd season, so I’m more excited than I was for 4)

Tangled the Series

The fall scvedule is filled with some very interesting shows.
CBS returns with its full Tuesday schedule of NCIS, Bull, and NCIS New Orleans. They also have the BBT spinoff Young Sheldon, which will join Gig Bang Theory on Thursday nights when NFL football ends its six-week run. The pilot for 'Sheldon' looked very promising.
Other shows I will be DVRing to watch on my schedule will include Scorpion, The Young Doctor, Chicago P.D., Chicago Fire, Chicago Med, Quantico, Code Black, Lethal Weapon, MacGyver, Hawaii 5-0, Blue Bloods, Designated Survivor, just to name a few.
I am a big NASCAR fan, so any other sports will not be watched until the end of this season the third week of November. Then I will use some of the NFL and College basketball to get me through my NASCAR withdrawals until the second week of February 2018.
