Very disappointing.
Recalling the
press releases from a few years back heralding a new era in original programming for Disney Television Animation. Why now are they trying to blow it?

Because television executives are clueless and stupid, and lack any common sense.

What the fishpaste gives? Why are they dropping all the good shows left and right?? I guess I better be prepared for them to dump Star Wars: Rebels, leaving it on an unresolved cliffhanger.
