I think if the title were sideways, you might be able to focus on what anniversary it was better. We should really write to Disney.

I'm considering purchasing the Mexican release if it has the art galleries and original trailers that may be missing from the upcoming US release, however I noticed another possible difference. The press release for the US release says there will be an audio commentary, however, I can't find confirmation that the Mexican release contains this audio commentary. Will the Audio Commentary replace the art galleries and trailers or does the Mexican release contain all of these, including the commentary?

^If it's only for that reason, don't. The price for the item itself is good, but the shipping regardless of how many items are in your order, is always about $18

Yay! I was bummed when i got the Bambi Diamond 2-disc dvd and saw the 'sneak peek'

for Dumbo and they still hadn't said a date or season but now we know!!
On a side note I was also bummed that the Bambi dvd didn't even come with a dvd guide. Disney is really making the dvds as boring as possible these days, grey discs and a sheet of paper with a code for junky prizes

This should clear up any confusion about this edition and make all the die-hard Disney collectors happy.

I dunno, there's a fair amount of empty space by Dumbo's head that could use some writing. When I see open spaces on a Disney video cover, I get anxious.

Hmm . . . you know, I think you're right.
Now who could possibly resist buying that?

Oh, nicely done. Now I can breathe calmly again.
But now I think it might be better with a floating head somewhere.

Now all we need is a quote from Al Sharpton regarding the crows in the movie and we've got ourselves a cover with authentic Disney magic!
EDIT: Here, maybe something like this...

Maybe the Dumbo cover will have one of those stickers that say "new restoration" or something along those lines to cover up more empty space

Crap, who was that one member who was always pitching "The Aristocats: The Groovin' Jazz Edition" as a DVD? We should get some suggestions from him.

Disney really should let the fans design their covers. I mean, we obviously know what we're doing.

We should also include a quote from Stevie Wonder in light of his apparent work on a "Dumbo" stage musical and it's sensitivity to racial issues.
"Are those crows still in the movie? God damn you all."
--Reverend Al Sharpton
"They look okay to me!"
--Stevie Wonder

I did some inner site searching and I think your thinking of danfrandes
I still think he was a walt disney rep in disguise since he suggested the name of Lilo and Stitch: the big wave edition before any of us knew it was finally coming.....
