I don't understand why everyone says Maleficent is the most evil. She is evil but there are many others eviler than she is in my opinion. But then again it's everyone's opinion and everyone has their own. Maybe I am missing something haha.

I think Scar is a great disney movie villains. He kills his own brother and tries to kill his own nephew just to be king. Man that's evil and down right despicable.

I dunno, but I probably have to say Chermabog.

It's because of the lace collar that Song of the South is vaulted. It's much too evil to be released to the general public!

Chernabog is the Bob Fosse of evil. He puts on a big show, but he doesn't really do anything other than drop his toys into a lake of fire. He's more like a bodybuilder who is really into musical theater who also likes to fry ants with a magnifying glass.

Maleficent really doesn't do anything either, she curses someone to die in 16 years, which gives everyone 16 years to stop her (which of course, they do). She's really more like an annoying old woman who lives next door who gives everyone a hard time during neighborhood block meetings.

Frollo, on the other hand, is a genocidal racist who actually follows through on those thoughts. That's top 10 "most evil" material for sure.

I'd probably say Shan Yu or the Queen from Snow White are the most evil Disney villains. Unlike most Disney villains they really don't have per se a goal. Yes, the Queen wants to be the fairest in the land and Shan Yu wants to take over China, but to me they more or less do malicious things because they enjoy it.

I think Frollo is evil but he doesn't really think he is. He really believes he is doing what is best for the world, so in that sense I don't think he is as evil as Shan Yu or the Queen.
