Sorry, had to get that off my chest.
If that last sentence you wrote was supposed to be mocking me, it's slightly unnecessary since I understand your frustration, which is what I was trying to say. Having been a member of many message boards, I have been in your position multiple times, so I know how you're feeling. Anyways, I've said what I had to say about this subject and I won't say anymore about this. I was simply trying to help you out in the future, since what I suggested to you has always worked out for me.

Copying you? yes. Mocking you? no.
Anyway, back on topic. This is actually an exciting thing for those of us first-timers to do global Secret Santa-ing, and I'm sure we'll all have a very happy Christmas this year.

Ryan, you're one of my favorite members. But saying that is like diminimizing members that are not moderators...

Dear Secret Cindy Lou Who,
Sometime next week you shall receive a package in the mail. Inside is something wrapped with Spider-Man holiday wrapping paper! It's quite a good wrapping job, if I may say so myself.

I was actually at the self-service wrapping section at the Pack & Ship I was sending it to, and this woman though I was like, a professional wrapper the store hired. Hahaha! Well, maybe I'm not *that* good a wrapper. Once you get it, you can judge for yourself.
I'll be sending a personal card later this week, but there won't be any mashed potatoes left for me to send to you.
Your Secret Santa,
albert
Dear Secret Santa,
Hiya! How are you doing? I don't know who you are! Or do I?
So today I picked up the mail and put it on the step in the garage, then left for music ministry practice. We ended up staying longer than intended because we picked music for the wrong week (!) and had to re-pick and practice different music. After that, we went over our Christmas Eve music list and picked songs for that, then left. I went to the library where I didn't check out anything, then went home.
I picked up the mail and put it on the counter, and then noticed that one of them was an Amazon package! With my name on it! And the same size as an Instant Mashed Potatoes Box! And since the last thing I ordered from Amazon was...so long ago I can't remember, and I know it wasn't mashed potatoes...I surmised that this MUST be Secret Santa!
So, I opened it, and was excited to find
GOLDEN BOY!!! The 1939 William Holden & Barbara Stanwyck classic that I've had on my Secret Santa list for 3 years now! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And, if that weren't enough, also included was
"DOCTOR WHO: THE AZTECS"!!! It's a First Doctor story that I've been keen on getting but it hasn't been in stock at my Barnes & Noble for years! THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I feel like reyquila, using so many exclamation points!!!!!1!111!
Anyways, after my excitement at getting these two excellent DVDs, I looked to see the billing address. And I want to give a great big Secret Santa THANK YOU to the one, the only...

Wow, I'm surprised you got your gifts so fast.
Anyway, I am glad you are happy with your DVDs. I was originally going to get the I Love Lucy 50th Anniversary DVD, but the shipping on it was over two weeks.

I am VERY happy to know ajmrowland got his presents just fine. I got worried when Amazon stopped tracking the package. Actually, I got worried the minute I pressed "complete order"

.
Anyways, once more, happy you enjoyed the presents, ajm!

When one of your favourite and underappreciated television shows gets canceled even though they don't deserve it...then you'll know why I'm upset.

OH MY GOD! I actually bought that DVD today at MovieStop (for $6.99)! I had given up on finding it in other stores, and when I saw it at MovieStop, I had to pick it up!
Again, thanks for the DVDs! I'm currently watching a webshow (
The W.E.D.nesday Show with Brent Dodge) and will watch
Golden Boy once the show finishes!

What did you get?
Also Escapay see my apology post i posted just now in the thread where I insulted you and all soap operas.....for which I am ashamed of....just because I don't like soap operas gave me no right to bash them....also I was trying to be funny but I realize now it was not in good taste at all..

If Andrew doesn't mind me responding, I sent him Avatar Season 1 DVD set and Clone Wars Season 1 Blu-Ray.
As for soaps (and forgive me for derailing a bit) I personally can't stand them due to them taking over the Puertorican airwaves, leaving little to no room for local programming. They also tend to be some of the worst in terms of story and character, but I have no qualms towards the followers. If it makes them happy so be it.
I just wish there was a soap that was very smart, clever and inventive that didn't rely on the cheap "OH NO SHE DID INT!" tactics.

Ahhh disneyboy!

Your sense of humour goes really well with my occassional madness (that's a hyperbole, but you guys know what I mean, right?)
And I still haven't sent out my card. At this rate I might as well send my Secret Cindy Lou Who (ooooh! I used the term! And I don't even know what it means yet (well Escapay once posted a truckload of links but I never wound up reading them, and now I feel guilty (I'll bet he'll be posting those links again when he reads this (well, I hope he does, because if he doesn't it'll make me feel silly (I talk too much, don't I?))))) a Valentine's Day card, and a couple of cupids.

I received my Secret Santa gift today. My very generous Santa,
disneyboy20022, gave me: Ghostbusters [Blu-ray], Mr. Magoo's Christmas Carol (DVD), and Walt Disney Treasures - Disney Comics: 75 Years of Innovation.
Thank you so much for the gifts, disneyboy20022, I can hardly wait to watch/read them.
