Anyone remember a movie called "Hearts and Souls"? It starts Robert Downey Jr. as an accountant who can see the spirits of 5 people who died on the same day that he was born and had to fulfill their last wishes before they go to heaven.
There's some romance involved, but its been ages since I last saw it...
