Hudgens was my least favorite from the original film, so... I'd rather see Bleu, Grabeel, or Tisdale again. (Now I'm Wikipedia-ing to see whatever they're doing now.)

I wonder if they'll really call the film HSM4 or just re-boot it with a subtitle for a new generation? I'll probably pass it over though. I think the original's actors kind of hooked me inexplicably and I doubt they'll be able to re-create it. I never did see the Sharpay movie.

BuzzFeed’s a bit weird for me sometimes, so I can’t see all the pictures, but the one with Zac Efron (“HSM4 looks intense”), the Ryan-Chad one, theater funding, and Ryan responding to Sharpay’s “no jazz hands” made me laugh. Also, bleu eyes and sharpay diem.

I've been following what little updates there have been over the years for HSM4, but without the original cast, I'm not nearly as excited. (Honestly, I have the Sharpay DVD, and even sold it or left it behind in a move, and recently rebought it...and I have still never watched it... But I want to- it's one of the next movies I want to watch. But without the other Wildcats, I'm just not as interested- if they were in it, too, I'd have watched it Day One!)

Skyler Shuler: Yes, Disney is working on a new High School Musical movie for Disney+, word on the streets is goal would be to bring back Zac Efron’s Troy.

Would it include HSMTMTS characters? I imagine that Corbin and Monique and Lucas and KayCee might come back too...

I still haven't seen Season 4 yet but I love me some HSM so I'm all for HSM4.

Why would they make the movie for Disney Plus when the third HSM went to cinemas and did well at the box office

I doubt that, as in the HSMTMTS series, the movies are only films and not from the same universe, and whenever the original actors made cameos, they just played their real actor selfs and not their movie characters so it would be weird if they would Pop up in the 4th movie.

Imo Its a good decision for a D+ Release. HSM fever clearly worn off after such a long time. The first movie is almost 20 years old, uhhf. But its strong enough to make people excited for D+

Back when SNL was still indeed funny while now the Sketches are so lame, back then it was so cheeky and controversial in a fun way while other sketches had simple structures but were still hilarious and they had iconic characters like the Needlers, Hollywood Dish, Debbie Downer or Kristen Wiggs Penelope lol , they were always fun to watch while now the sketches have to rely on brief forgettable Pop culture scenarios that everyone forgot about after a week like Jojos "Karma" or the "Wonka experience" ew. Every sketch this year was like this. They milk every opportunity at this point and it Shows.

Some Sketches back then are so good that I still rewatch them for like 20× times while I cant get through the new ones.

I think my favourite Sketch would be either the "Barbies Dreamhouse Skipper",  "Hollywood Dish" or any "Surprise party" sketch. I need to laugh every single time lol. Kristen Wigg & Bill Hader are comedy gold
