I love Transformers the Movie and The Chipmunk Adventure!
And what the heck, I'm gonna throw Brave Little Toaster in there. It was only DISTRIBUTED by Disney right? Therefore I don't consider it JUST a "Disney movie"

The Triplets of Belleville is, in my opinion, the best animated film so far this century. I also love the 'recobbled' version of Richard Williams' 'The Thief and the Cobbler'.
Worth a look, particularly from Disney fans, is 'Allegro non Troppo', a parody of Fantasia, and a great film in its own right. The 'Bolero' segment is particularly brilliant.
