has the trailer

it is absolutely MINDblowing. Second half of 2005 appears to have a LOT more interesting films than the first half. Harry Potter is definitely gonna be the highlight of the year. awesome.

If you haven't read the book, the trailer is kind of a major spoiler, especially the end of the trailer gives something away a bit... in a way. SO youve been warned.

Errr, first bit of the trailer is full of mindless gags. On the other hand, the second half is spine-chilling! Much like the 3rd movie. This should be good!!! :D

P.S. Am I the only one that cringed when Harry asked her out?

Trailer was fantastic, but what, might I ask, is going on in this HUMONGUS SPOILER picture? I mean, I know who and where it is, I just need to know at what point.

The trailer was incredible. Just as I predicted: they said the names of all the champions who got picked to be in the tournament. Well just another two months to go. :D

I think that scene At The Riddle House When Harry has that dream in the begginning of the book.

My Review Of The Trailer

The Good Stuff
- EVERYTHING bassically... The Yule ball looks great... the effects look cool... i love how Dumbledore screams Harrys name in that scene with the Goblet. Voldy looks scary this is deffinatley gonna be the best one out of the movies

I have a few ques
- Is the third task even going to be in the movie?? Cause they show alot of the first some of the second but no third.
- In the movie I heard there was going to be no Qudditch World Cup But In The Scene Where They Metion Victors Krum Name It Shows a scence of the quidditch cup... is it gonna be in there.
- Anyone know how long the movies gonna be i heard 2 and a half

Overall the trailer looks fantastic but the news score music... I love the first half of the trailers music but The second half of the music was soso... I love the international trailer music tho.

Overall agin this movie needs to come to theaters now lol.

1. Yes, the third task is in, although there are no monsters in it, its more the maze that comes to life. Watch the trailer and you can see scenes of Cedric and Harry in the maze, and Fleur turning around to something scary.
2.The World Cup will be in but the match will only be shown for a very short time.
3. Imdb.com says 150 min, but thats not definite.

Ok, I had school from 8:00 - 3:00 and then work from 3:00-7:00, so I am just watching it for the first time now, and I have to say Wow!!!!! I loved it! I liked all the cool stuff that is our first look, I am mad that WB is trying to get viewers by ruining the ending of the book. I feel like the end was trully unexpected and here in the trailer it is blantanly obvious. There are some pluses though to that. Loved seeing Harry with connection, and Peter by the Cauldron. I am going to have to watch it a couple hundred more times, but then I'll get back to you with a detailed review! I love HP!!!

The Prisoner of Azkaban was, in every aspect, a better movie than the sorceror's stone and CoS. If you thought the third one was bad and the first two were excellent, you need to watch more movies. Almost every single major film critic stated that PoA was better than ST and CoS.

I think you meant to say "I just hope this movie is waaaaay better than the Sorceror's stone or Chamber of Secrets"

And this film will probably contain scary moments. If you were freaked out by the dementors in the third movie, expect some scary moments in this film.
I agree. The first 2 movies were so cheesy. x_x I cringed in almost every scene. I hate COS' ending. The 3rd movie was much better.

This trailer spoils a lot of the movie and it's very choppy. Oh well.

I think it's Wormtail picking Voldemort up and putting him in the cauldron.

If only the boiling pot had either burned him to death or drowned him when Peter throws him into the pot.

The trailer was excellent, not as rousing as the international trailer, but it was worth it just to see all that footage. I'm especially looking forward to seeing how the Yule Ball and the third task will be done on screen...

Ugh, Just after I'd gotten over my annoyance at how much had been cut from the film, and just after I'd started to think that this movie wouldn't be so bad, after seeing the amazing trailers, something happens that quite literally makes me cringe at the very idea of this movie.

And what is that you ask?

Well this morning I opened up the Daily Mirror newspaper and there is a massive picture covering half a page of what looks like Harry holding a red light sabre.

The Headline reads:

"Star Wands: Potter's Got Jedi Style Weapon for new film"

The article reads:

"Boy wizard Harry Potter looks more like a Jedi Knight than a wizard as he wields a huge glowing wand. He uses the light-sabre style weapon made from phoenix feathers in a climactic battle with Lord Voldemort during th fourth film in the series."

All I can say is "Euuuuurrrrggggggghhhhhhhhhh!"

It's NOT a Lightsabre!!!! its the connection between Voldy and Harry! It wont look anything like a light sabre in the movie! Its not a huge glowing wand! It's just the angle. It'll look better on screen!

FYI, NOT A LIGHTSABRE!!!
