It's hilarious!!!
I 1000 percent agree! I don't think I laughed as hard as I did in this movie!(With the exception of Roger Rabbit!) I rented it once and I loved it so much I that I bought this incredibly funny movie on DVD as soon as possible! (Quite expensive though!)

My parents say it's funny (yeah, I live with them so I have their opinions on everything...

), but I haven't seen it, obviously.
We've also been talking about "The Sting." Has anybody here seen it?

I was reffering to the old black and white show, The Honeymooners.
It was slapstick comedy, which I hate. I also hated I Love Lucy.
I liked the cuter shows like Bewitched, Dick Van Dyke, I Dream of Jeannie, etc.

I define slapstick comedy more like 3 stooges, or I Love Lucy/Honeymooners.
I never saw "slapstick" in Dick Van Dyke. Yes, there were the insults, etc. but that wasn't slapstick to me, that was sarcasm, lol. It was also more tame, I think is the word, I found the other shows to be more crass.

I agree with you. The only slapstick was Dick falling over that-oh, shoot I forgot the word-that piece of furniture.
