One can only hope.
Thankfully, we'll soon have Marky complaining about the colors of the website images.

Thanks for that none too generous comment SpringHeelJack , I'm so glad that the thought of my head exploding gives you so much deep joy !!!
However as a matter of fact since the inception of the website my head is exploding , but only with delight , as I think it's a really superb effort by the Boys and Girls at the Walt Disney Company Well Done Disney thanks for the
Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs website it's just
F-A-B-U-L-O-U-S !!!

Why? You expect that because you have the feeling something is wrong with the image?
Well, you are right, but we shouldn't pay too much attention to that clip on the site.
It has nothing to do with the actual film. Snow White and the queen have ORANGE lips? Get outta here.....

so all the rereleases are going to be Diamon editions now?

It's website doesn't matter much in the scheme of things. We knew all they were going to show (and not show) on it. Most buyers of the movie aren't even going to go to the site.

I have allready pre-ordered Snow White on Blu-ray at Amazon. I pre-ordered both the Limited Edition Collector's Set and the Collector's Book Set.
Since my Disney store has a Lithograph if you pre-order Snow White on Blu-ray, I went to the Disney store to order another copy of Snow White on Blu-ray. It was $24.99 (or something like that) and it got the Lithograph and a coupon that I can use on October 6th. With this coupon I either get $10 off if I spend less than $40 or I get $20 off if I spend more than $40. If you spend $100 you get all of this plus a limited edition doll (so in a way that doll is like $75). My Disney store has a picture of the Blu-ray that I pre-ordered and the picture is of the 2 Disc Blu-ray and 1 Disc Dvd that is in the Dvd packaging.

I'm titling this post
What the heck was consumer products thinking? The Fall Platinum/Diamond Editions are usually accompanied by lots of product tie-ins, but I have to ask what they were thinking when they designed some of these that are coming out for Snow White. Most of them make sense, like a doll of Snow White accompanied by PCV figurines of all seven dwarfs.

Others are odd, but make sense, like this set that includes a broom, bucket, and sponge.
We get it. Snow White cleans up the dwarfs cottage. But were these necessary? A toy ironing board?
How about a vacuum cleaner?
And to top it off, an apron so that little girls don't dirty their clothes while they pretend to sweep, iron, and vacuum.
And for the child who wants to play clean up with their dolls, here is Snow White with an apron in the kitchen where Disney Consumer Products seems to think she belongs.

I can almost hear The Prince in the background yelling "Woman! Get in the kitchen and make me some porridge!"

I don't really see too much wrong with those products...I mean, you can reenact scenes from the movie! And boys can use those products, too, you know.
But I hate cleaning, so maybe I'm not the one to ask...

I don't either. My little sister loves those types of toys, our den is
cluttered with them. I mean, they are just toys. Can't kids role-play as cooks or cleaners or mothers, because that's what they like? Nobody cries foul at Wendy for wanting to be a pretend mother to Peter and the Lost Boys. It's not like it's all that incredible. Kids like to pretend they are responsible adults, and being a responsible adult includes cleaning and cooking. I used to want a Dirt Devil toy when I was little. I'm sure Danny Tanner did, too. I think we are making a Mount Everest out of toy mole hill here.

I *do* clean (I'm a pile-pusher, though- I just move things to another spot), but I just don't enjoy it.
Good post, UF! Kids play house anyway, so why not have some fun Disney toys to play with while doing so!
