I'm sorry it's not working for you. Could there be an update? Have you checked App Store reviews to see if others are having the same issue? I know on the Google Play Store, often if someone writes a review about glitches, the developers will write a message back, so maybe it's worth writing a review on the App Store.
If Others are experiencing the same problems can please do the same it will be very much truly gratefully appreciated
