I won't be able to play the game for a bit and I am trying to avoid spoilers, but I am curious about something. Funko has released two versions of the Monsters Inc. Sora. One is grey and One is orange. Does he change colors in the game?

Yes, it's part of the transformation ability that comes with his Keyblades. Remember the Monsters Inc. keyblade that turns into a yo-yo? His monster form will turn orange when this keyblade transforms.

Playing the game again, I like the Tangled world more than I did before. Just all that woods blended together so much in the first playthrough, where I have more of a grip on the environment now. Hercules' world is so epic.

Thankfully, I might've found a solution in real life so that I'll be able to get the DLC that will be released in the future. I actually think playing the game messed up my PS4 though. I don't often play games, so when I do I end up going for long periods. For whatever reason, the system kept getting so hot it would shoot the disc out. I hope it doesn't break down... It's only a few years old.

Even though I expect the wait for the next game to be pretty long (hopefully it won't be another spinoff on a handheld, ugh), luckily there are several other games coming to keep me distracted until then--Psychonauts 2 and the FFVII remake.

Gorgeous. It's a shame Pocahontas wasn't a world in KH3. Not only would it have fit the theme of war, but this orchestra reminds version of FMF reminds me of the Pocahontas soundtrack to a degree, too.

No one sealed the Keyholes in Castle of Dreams , Enchanted Kingdom , or Dwarfs woods. We don't even know if the princesses are sitll alive and are alone in their worlds or dead after they said they passed the light on. I wanna see Sora go to their worlds. That scene in the first game where there hearts were pulled out makes my blood boil. Made me wanna yank all the princeses out and drop a nuke on Hollow Baston. Damsel in Distress is dead and Nintendo is the worst offender of using that tired worn out plot in their games again an again. I liked having Cinderella link in Birth by Sleep now I want them to fight with me. Not to mention I want the story to end and Sora and Kairi back together forever. I was inraged the characters of Birth By Sleep didn't get to meet Aurora whyyy? I am in a panic loop now.

I always felt bad Ariel wasn't a Princess of the Heart but Alice was. For that matter, even Wendy was considered to be one but I don't think Ariel ever was.

The scene of the princesses' hearts in the first game is still one of my favorite in the series. Very beautiful scene and the music was great there, too.

They haven't sealed Keyholes in the worlds since the end of KH1 restored the worlds and their walls, so the worlds aren't in danger of falling anymore. I always thought it was dumb they didn't keep that story idea going of locking worlds as a 'just in case' measure in later games. *shrug* One of my favorite things about the first game was where the Keyholes would be located and the visuals of them being locked. I sometimes like to think where the Keyholes would be in other Disney films if they ever brought that idea back in future.

I do wish more female characters were party members in the series. Anna should've been a party member in KH3, imo.

Did the princesses die or turn into bad guys when they passed on the light to the characters in Kingdom Hearts 3?



The scene when you enter the grand hall to fight Ansen the princesses look like they have alien eggs in front of them and are waiting to be facehugged. It distrubs me a lot.

No. Kairi is a PoH and very much alive.

I didn't want to create a new thread but they announced today that Sora will be the final fighter added to Smash bros ultimate. The only direct disney reference seems to be the mickey medallion on his keyblade though.

While the forum was down, I was trapped with nothing but Blu-ray.com and the KH forum to distract me. Kind of dreadful being stuck with them, tbh, but at least the KH4 news was a good distraction. Now I'm just dreading that KH4 may not come out until late 2024/early 2025. So much farther away than I thought it would be. This series is constant frustration.
