It's funny; Disney said they weren't the final product, and yet more often then not, I see them plastered on merchandise, such as the Elsa toddler doll or party items such as this:

I assume they changed Wasabi's race for some American representation, given the change of setting.

Can understand why people are pissed but since they at least didn't make him white, I don't really care.

well Disney is being very clever, if they didnt want a homogonous ethnic cast, best to change one of the characters into another minority, the Pc crowd cant really complain about that. Of course we dont now what race Honey is either. And yes she's very cute. Im getting a Ghoulia Yelps vibe from her, lol.

Is there a reason why disney waits till the very last minute to do anything??

Why not get their movies done early! No cast, probably haven't even finalized the story yet!!

Silly/ goofy trailers first, then serious ones later on, with Japan/ European places getting the more serious trailers ones early.

Disney isn't waiting around for anything at all, they are working terribly tough to meet a deadline so they can release it in their preferred November timeslot.

Why do people believe everything they read online despite the lack of a credible source? If anything was mentioned at D23 about casting, it would had been reported by now. Besides, Disney is not that stupid to cast a white guy in the role of an Asian character.

I hate that guy's voice.

There's nothing wrong with posting rumours. Disneyprincess11 posted the source (tumblr) so we can judge for ourselves how reliable the source is. No need for the attitude. If we weren't allowed to post anything other than confirmed information this might as well just be a news site with a comment section.
