I also think Pat Carroll looks like (with a little color adustment) like she could easily play Ursula.
Also, if anyone does the Aurora/Sleeping Beauty one, I think Meryl Streep would be an awesome Maleficent.

ok here it is my platinum cover for pocahontas 20th anniversary platinum edition which features an original theatrical cut, 10th anniversary cut and special 20th anniversary edition which reanimated the whole movie in realistic human CGI
