One of my favorite shows on Fox is back for a summer run on Friday nights at 9 pm (8 central) -
Standoff really good show starring Ron Livingston. If you haven't watched it, catch an episode, it is really a very realistic show about hostage negotiators in different situations.

Brothers & Sisters - Mistakes Were Made (Part II)
Slowly but surely this show is crawling its way to become one of my top rated shows alongside Xena, Lost and Buffy: TVS! I'm really curious to see where Justin will end up! I hope he doesn't have to go back.

Two episodes of Will & Grace. One very funny - about Karen being forced to live in a slum building she owns. One very unfunny - about Will's gay nephew trying to stage a Christmas show. God, W&G, not every gay kid is such a fairy. That was just downright shameful.

I discovered Smallville not too long ago. Today I finished the season 4 dvd set. I think it's great even when I'm not a big Superman fan.

Over the past few weeks I've been watching the second season of Laverne & Shirley. It took me quite a while to finishing that set, but I've been pretty busy. Classic television at it's best.
Now I'm watchin the sixth season of That '70s Show. So far I've watched "The Kids Are Alright", "Join Together", and "Magic Bus". I swear, TV doesn't get any better than this!

The Flavor of Love Girls: Charm School
Now at the start of this show, I promised myself I wouldn't even bother watching because the whole idea just seemed ridiculous to me...and I didn't even really watch The Flavor of Love or I Love New York...but then this show comes along...
Wow...I'm so addicted to it now, some of those girls have quite the personalities and they crack me up!!
Anyways for anyone else here who watches the show...I think either Saaphyri or Leilene is going to win.
Saaphyri because she’s grown a lot through the show, plus she needs the 50,000 bucks…Leilene because she’s also grown a lot and not crying every second…oh and she’s a hot mom of three…that needs money.
Saaphyri is one of my favorites and she comes out with the most hilarious quotes sometimes!!
Saaphyri Says:
"Leilene, she kinda psycho...she the kinda psycho where she come at you in the night with a knife then cut you up 50-60 times and after word be like "What happened? What did I do?"
"Hottie has lost her damn mind if she think she is beautiful, she got the hair on, she look like a black little mermaid wit thick * beep* wit a *beep beep*"
“I think Shay put the whole idea in Larissa’s head, Larissa is dumb, she don’t think that far.”
“I feel bamboozled and hoodwinked! They some ugly @$$ men up in here!”

Same here.
LOVE that show!
I watched some of the last episode of Celebrity Fit Club, the one where Dustin cheated. And about 9 minutes of VH1's documentary about Celebrity Fit Club.

I am with you Jeremy88. I can't believe that I allow myself to watch such trashy television, but it is strangely captivating. Do you realize how long this has been going on for?? It all started with Flava Flav and Bridgette Neilson on The Surreal Life, which then was followed up by a reality show with just the two of them, then came Flavor of Love Seasons 1 and 2, then from that came I Love New York, and now Flavor of Love Girls: Charm School. It is one big rediculous (but entertaining) mess of reality television. Next will be I Love New York Season 2 .... WHAT NEXT?? Whatever it is, unfortunately I will probably be watching.

Well... My money's on either: I Love to Tango or Brigitte Loves ... Anyone will do. Basically, the Vh1 Spin Off is always based on whoever the most controversial figure is on their reality shows. So, I think if anyone's going to have a new reality TV show (other than freakin' Chachi or whatever that guy's name was, Scott Baio)... it might be Dustin Diamond from the latest Celebrity Fit Club. It almost makes more sense since DaBrat has crossed over from Surreal Life to Celebrity Fit Club. Someone's bound to cross-
back into a Spin-off.

Maybe Pumkin will get her own show, she's pretty (trashy) controversial.

haha well I am glad I'm not alone on this lol. Yeah it's been one big VH1 Spin off after Spin off after Spin off! ahahaha, I love New York 2 should be pretty interesting. I remember Brigitte Nielson and Flavor Flav wayyy back on the surreal life...after that it's beena long hull of VH1 t.v shows.
Speaking of Dustin Diamond on Celebrity Fit Club...Yeah...enough said lol. He's always fighting with everyone! He needs to calm down heh...well on the last episode he was at "peace"
On Brooke "Pumkin", I was surprised to see how.."whore-ish" she came out to be on that last episode....After that I was like "Great Pumkin, now New York has legit reason to call you a trashy whore."

As long as the word "Spit" isn't in the title.
