Someone posted it before, but I can't find it; is there a list somewhere of how many copies each Disney soundtrack has sold? If not all, then the top sellers? If I remember right, Mermaid sold loads?

oh gosh the Frozen merch situation has been so frustrating. I still havent been able to get an Elsa doll in her ice dress, and I cant fnd any of the mini dolls for my niece. and Im not surprised that on Ebay you can find tons of the dolls but all for ridiculous inflated prices.
I had waited on buying the dolls b/c i remembered when Brave came out there were tons of Merida dolls everywhere & they even eventually put the doll on sale at the DS for $7.99! Waiting was a big mistake this time!

I went to Epcot earlier this week and was hoping to find a baby Sven or an Olaf plush, but no luck. I don't think they're as high priority as Anna or especially Elsa are, but it's hard to find much of anyone right now.

Not to mention how many little girls I saw walk around dressed up as Anna and Elsa. I saw a Belle and an Aurora as well, but it's obvious who the most popular princesses are right now.

I knew the certifications, but I'm amazed TLM only peaked at #32! :o B&tB is lower than I would've expected. I would've thought they would've made it into the top 10, but I guess it's because the Renaissance basically climbed from word-of-mouth rather than rocketing right out the gate.

Well, just saw somebody viciously attack this movie so I felt the need to come here.

I found these moments while searching through some old files. This was done for a very early version of the movie that was very different than the final one.

What did the person say.

There's been a fair bit of backlash but that's to be expected, really.

Expected, yes.

I believe the words "ADHD", "Mind-Numbing", "Mess", and a few others were used. Said the songs were catchy, at least, and I agree about the pacing.

has the success of the frozen soundtrack triggered a re-release of other disney albums?
i saw in a store today the best of the lion king, featuring tracks from the original and simbas pride and i think one from the stage show. also the best of the little mermaid, a heroes compliation with tracks from davy crockett, aladdin, jungle book and a few others, and mousercise with songs different to what the LP had [ducks dont dance was there, but that was the only title i knew]

^ Didn't understand a thing, though it looks like better advertising than what you'll get from the US.

I don't understand Arabic, but I have a problem with trailers/ads that reveal key plot points. It shows Anna freezing and Elsa accidentally revealing her powers.

Interesting indeed to see chart positions of all the soundtracks. Thought BATB would be way higher, same for Mermaid. But I'm thrilled at just how much Mermaid sold as well.

Divinity, I guess both sets of Renaissance are doing the same, building each and every time on each other.

I'm glad that they didn't use stupid humor and kept it true to the movie, I just don't like that they showed Anna freezing.

Elsa revealing her powers was in the US trailer.

Does anybody prefer Kristoff's and Anna's early designs ? They look less lazy and Anna looks more prepared to face more dangerous and winter weather, she looks more sensible, by wearing a more fluffier hood.

No I'm with you on that!

I think both Anna and Kristoff look infinitely better than the final product.

Also.. Am i the only one who wants Disney to make an Alternate Frozen movie...
Using the concept art and the original storyline. :P
I know it's never going to happen and it's a stupid idea too.
