Couldn't agree more; people have already seen it, as there was a screencap of the logo posted on another forum.
Really looking forward to UD's review of this disc; love it when Classic Disney gets seen in a new light.

Yeah, I actually enjoy reading reviews of the classics more so than the new ones because it's much more interesting. The new ones always look spectacular, the old ones go through a restoration so it's always more fun to read how it turned out...

Exactly, and it also adds to it when the reviewer hasn't seen the film in a long while, or as a kid didn't care for it much etc, then seeing it in a new light ... love it when that happens

I don't think that it's odd. Parents and Grandparents watching the show would of grown up and had their childhood with Peter Pan so the adults buy the Bluray for their kids or even for themselves.
Over here they sometimes play toys for kids during some adult shows, because they know that it's the adult that holds the wallet.

Surprised to see Luke bash the Storybook App bonus. I think it's actually a great idea. It's better than paying 4 or 5 bucks for the app, right? I buy Disney's storybook apps when I have a few extra bucks just to see if theres any worthwhile content (I love when they include the entire storybook), and to include it with the purchase of the movie just seems to make sense to me. I get that it's worthless to someone without a smart phone, but... get with the times

Yeah that's fair. Second Screen was very cool. I would assume it was just a matter of not enough people were using it that they dropped it? I'm hoping that over time Disney will continue to release apps that include more and more content. Imagine having an app for each movie that included all the bonus features, galleries, storybook, trailers, games, and all that good stuff.

Yeah, they replaced the art galleries with Disney's Second Screen. So when they replace Disney's Second Screen with a story book of the film you're going to watch anyways, then those 463 images and other production materials just disappear from the release. First Digital Copies, then Virtual Vault and now this story book crap. Seriously Disney, do you even know what we want, since you consistently go out of your way NOT to give us actual bonus features and/or make them hard to access.

To be fair, as much as I love looking through the art galleries, it was always such a pain to do so on a DVD... It always takes so long. They need to put their bonus features online. I want to be able to go online and look at all this stuff. Hopefully they'll go in that direction.

Here's the comparison. While capturing the images, I could notice several differences but in the end, it seems Picasa was changing the colour temperature slightly. Confusing
. The final images are exactly the same and the
video bit-rate between the 2 versions is the same.

They aren't very fast at all, they raised the shipping costs and policies very recently and their estimate dates are all over the place. Expect it sooner than the estimated arrival date.
I had 2 pre-orders for Peter Pan. One was with DeepDiscount and the other was with Amazon. I paid
Subtotal: $19.99
Shipping: $8.98
Total: $28.97
with DeepDiscount. Amazon's price with the coupon is $2 (maybe a bit more) less BUT I received Peter Pan on Friday (it shipped on 23/1). For the record, I'm still waiting for my Frankenweenie pre-order from amazon. It's been 27 days, the last 2 times I got my orders in 17 and 20 days respectively (standard shipping on both)
