Sure. Here it is, a literal translation (except for expressions and saying, of course), without me trying to put it into rhyme.
There she goes
And I never deserved that much beauty
There she stands
And I've never seen that much grace
Sometimes she talks
While she's playing with my pillow in her sleep
I let her be
As long as she shares my sheets with me
And even the keepers of the law
Look affable when she parks the wrong way
And even the cops have fun
When she marches by sensually
Unashamed
I know all too well
That she probably won't stay with me for long
I know all too well
That she passes time with others
Sometimes she has
Secrets I'd rather not know about
Sometimes she floats
And dreams, so she also forgets about me sometimes
And even the keepers of the church
Look down down affable upon her beauty
The bishop says: "This is God's work"
Bows his grey head and thanks the Lord
Another time, "Thank you, Sir"
Sometimes she has
Secrets I'd rather not know about
Sometimes she floats
And dreams, so she also forgets about me sometimes
And even the keepers of this country
Would rather stand inside my shoes
Yes, the prime-minister is competing for her hand
And offers me his portfolio
But I don't even have to think about it
Go to the devil!
There she goes
There she goes
Thanks for the effort, I hope it wasn't much trouble to you. I really enjoy the original's verses. It's strange how the same song can have two different meanings and two different sensibilities depending on the translation.

Sorry to swoop in like that, but as corny as it can be, everyone has to see
