Thanks for this article too. It was a very interesting read.
Would it be possible to also scan the article "Striking the Right Chords"?

Thank you so much, NeverLand!!!
(Part of me almost feels guilty, but I wouldn't have bought the magazine, even though I would have liked to, so thank you!)
It's sad that even Disney's own magazine said that
The Great Mouse Detective was the first DAC to use CGI...I mean, unless the CGI details of
The Black Cauldron were animated so late in the game that TGMD's CGI portions were actually created first...? Could that even be a possibility?
And on page 5, Andy Hendrickson says that the human animation is the most nuanced ever...I mean, he's just talking about CGI, right??

So, a big budget superhero movie is more important to them than a Pixar movie?
You have got to be kidding me! I think the real reason they just did this is so they could do something that has a collector's value (i.e., making people buy the same thing four times, though I doubt many would do that.).

Well, really a DISNEY movie should be on the cover. Not Marvel. Not Pixar. But Disney.

lol Did you all conveniently forget that Disney bought Marvel? And it makes perfect sense it would be on the cover. The Avengers is one of the most anticipated movies of the year. And it's easily gonna be a HUUUUGE cash cow for Disney. More so than Brave. Not saying Brave isn't gonna do extremely well, but Avengers is on a whole other level.
