These same movies are on sale at Wal-Mart.com for 9.86 they also have Country Bears. They will be on sale most places as part of the Disney 50th Anniversary sale. I expect them to be cheaper at Wal-Marts stores, they are normally more on line.

I picked up Brother Bear: 2-Disc Special Edition! I've never seen the movie, but was planning to add it to my collection, just for the sake of having it. I'm glad I waited until now! Plus, I used my Reward Zone card, so I got to rack up some more points!

I think they were thinking more of the 50th anniversary coming up on July 17th than "hey, everyone will be on vacation and won't be able to take advantage of our sale prices so they poor suckers will have to get them at the regular price when they get back!! mwahahaha!!"
I'll most likely be picking up Aladdin, Brother Bear and Pirates. I haven't seen Brother Bear but $9 for a blind buy isn't bad and I want it in my collection anyway. I've been holding off on Aladdin and am glad I did!!
I'll be buying these from KMart since Best Buy is a good 25 minutes away (MUCH more with all the beach traffic I'd hit today!!). Maybe I'll make it sometime later in the week to get The Three Musketeers.

Well I went to Best Buy today. I used my Buy 4 get $15 off coupon and I was able to get The Three Musketeers, Pirates, Aladdin and Brother Bear all for the great price of $22!

What a deal!

If the 50th anniversary is July 17th, why not make it start at that time?

The Aniversary started in Early April or May and they are running it all year, SO I expect more sales as the year goes on

I just bought Mulan today at Wal-Mart for $11.66 Canadian. I hope Mulan 2 goes on sale as well. I'm going to rent Pirates of the Caribbean.

I don't know if any of these have been made public yet. (I miss the days when I used to know these things

).
I'm sure there will be some big promotions going on for Cinderella (in fact, Disney has confirmed that). As for Toy Story, I don't see any plushes going out... maybe a litho at Best Buy. I wouldn't be too surprised to not see anything like that, though.
Of course as far as the net goes, you'll be hard-pressed to beat Amazon.com's very, very good prices on these two (and that goes for B&M stores too). Be sure to use UD's links if you go that route.

The best places to get Disney DVD's in the first week are Best Buy and Circuit City because they have low prices and may include a free gift.
But right now we don't know what Best Buy and Circuit City will give away with Toy Story, Cinderella, Toy Story 2, Tarzan or The Emperor's New Groove.
So just stay tune and me, RJKD23, awallaceunc or any other UD member might make a thread of it.

Well I don't think Wal-Mart will give away something free with the DVD.
Wal-Mart will only have a low price.

When Pirates of the Caribbean came out, one of the Wal-Mart's in my town was offering a gold coin from the set of the movie if you bought it between midnight and 6 am on Tuesday. My wife woke up in the middle of the night and got it. The coin is made out of aluminum and has a gold-colored coating on it. But if you look closely in the movie, it looks just like the ones speard out all over the floor of the cave (not the ones in the chest that are much more real looking). Also came in a little felt pouch.
Anyway, MickeyMousePal, don't you buy most of your movies at Costco?
