Alien vs. Predator Limited Edition Gift Set!
the alien bust and predator bust is soo awesome!
yea, that makes up for it not being 2-Disc!!!

Do you mind taking a picture?
There's no way where I can see that set.

here's an image I found off of EBAY (same item I have; I don't have my digi cam, it's being borrowed by my cousin). They were originally sold at Blockbuster Video Stores but are now sold-out!
I just got lucky...

I'm also keeping the BestBuy edition (with the free book because the book has awesome features to it!)

How much was it and where did you buy it?

No problem.
I bought mine for $50.00 total on
EBAY from a seller with 100% feedback and even sent me numerous pictures of the set.

I Used the Buy It Now option because I got tired of wasting my "ebay sniping" (hehe) and losing in the end.
But I think Blockbuster Video sold it for $39.99 (I'm not sure)
a couple dollars more dollars spent for something sold out...i think is reasonable.
plus, my better half is a huge science fiction fan.

Which version? The original release or the collector's edition? I got the collector's edition and I'm enjoying it.

I sprung for the 2-disc . . . I haven't even had a chance to open it yet, but I'm really excited!
It took me a good 20 minutes to open my copy. The collector's edition is cool and all but mine was jammed so tight I accidentally damaged the packaging a tiny bit. I no longer keep the booklet inside or I'd never get the DVDs out ever again. What a tight squeeze.

tsk tsk tsk..

it was a cooool movie....coming from a teenager's point of view.

(I actually just like collecting the statues..because Hellboy had it, Matrix had it...don't criticize me for that

)

ER season 3 with Ewan's episode! Ewan and ER, what a combination!
However, I have bad news for ER collectors over in America who are still waiting for their Season 3 release - the UK set comes in a digipack half the size of the previous 2 seasons... now each tray is like the one in the latest Touchstone on DVD releases with two overlapping hubs.
On a brighter note, Season 4 is down for mid May in the UK

Tuesday, I found a used copy of The Thorn Birds for $14.99, and picked up Peyton Place as well for $14.99 (though I'm kicking myself cause today I found it on sale for $10, and I can't return the $14.99 one)

Thanks for all that Flintstone info! I may just have to go to Musicworld to get myself a copy although I still haven't picked up season two yet. I haven't picked up Garfield & Friends volume 2 either. I'm a little behind...
