I just saw The Little Mermaid. It's the last time that I will be seeing it for a while. With the Platinum Edition now 2 years away, I decided to build anticipation for it by not watching in again, until I can see it in prestine condition. (It's what I've been doing with all the major movies: Sleeping Beauty, Aladdin, Mulan, and Pocahonntas...)

Anyway, the movie was GREAT, it had me laughing, and felling sad, and happy and fun, this definately ranks in my top 5 faves.

Coincidentally, a Little Mermaid disscussion was just started, I may just have to write something for it, but not tonight, I'm tired...

Goodnight all :)

I've been forcing myself not to watch any of the Platinums, too.

Anyways I last saw The Three Musketeers, Miracle, and Hercules: Zero to Hero.

Haven't posted here for a while, because I seem to have been watching everything BUT Disney lately.

Slipped in Springtime With Roo this afternoon.

A bit of fun, and I thought it was better than Piglet's Big Movie. Disney seems to work best when they are taking existing stories and adding their own characters to them (e.g. Three Musketeers).

Yesterday I watched The Secret at the Pirates Inn witch was a great storry and lovely movie.

Today I looked at Blackbeard's Ghost for the last time in Pan&Scan (because I will buy the Australian one as soon as that hits the online stores next month.

I also watched The Adventures of Merlin Jones today and I liked it a lot. That was one of those classics that I have never seen before.

I was wondering if you could tell me how to get hold of Secret at the Pirates Inn. My wife's great Aunt is the one who wrote this book and its impossible to get this movie in the US. We have tried contacting Disney about getting a copy, but we never get a response.

The audio commentary is by the director Ken Annakin and the actors James MacArthur, Tom Kirk and Kevin Corcoran.
