31. The Great Thaw (Vuelie Reprise)

Looks like that folk hymn will be reprised near the end.

Just listened to Demi Levato's version of Let it Go. Thought it was awful.

Also, they really aren't afraid of spoilers in that TV spot, are they?

Okay, now I'm confused. Is the entire second CD cut songs/ scores? Because I see this list, and all the tracks either have "Outtake" or "Score Demo."

Awful? Don't you think you're over exaggerating a little?

I wish Jonathan Groff got to sing more :(

Interesting..

Love is an open door is a short song.. And Why does the score go from (11-32) on Disc one and then (12-27) on Disc two?

I'm so excited for this soundtrack.. Why can't they release it next week.. It'll hype up the movie T____T

Also, The reprise for For the First Time in Forever is long. which means that It could be a duet between Anna and Kristoff. Which I hope so.

Looking forward to this... >___<

I'm also excited to hear the song that Elsa and Anna sing when they were kids..

Nope. It is almost certainly an Anna-Elsa song. The troll song will be the Anna-Kristoff one.

Wow. I'm REALLY impressed by this track listing. This is the way they ought to treat a soundtrack release. 59 tracks??! That's unheard of! This only makes me pine for a soundtrack like this of all their films. Well done, Disney. Including so many demos and outtakes is very cool, even if they are just being performed by the Lopezes. And instrumentals of the songs!! Awesome!

Awesome awesome awesome. Take my money.

Where do they sing? Frozen Heart?

BTW: PLEASE TELL ME THAT THE REPRISE OF FIRST TIME WILL BE AT THE VERY END! I don't want Disney to end this without a song. That'd make no sense!

Hate bring this back but I agree with that user and that it's not really a mullet. The hair is still long on the top(but in more of a come over) as oppose to short on top, long on bottom. which is what makes a mullet a mullet.

Looks like the reprise of First time will be in the scene in Elsa's palace. If you see it's placement, it comes before the troll song.

2. Do You Want To Build a Snowman? – Kristen Bell, Agatha Lee Monn & Katie Lopez – 3.27

It is placed with the songs, so I'm assuming it's a song.

The movie will end with an orchestra reprise I think. Kind of like Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, and Aladdin.

I REALLY want Kristoff and Anna to have a song T____T

PS Do you watch Nostalgic Critic? If so, please tell that you laughed when you saw Maia Wilson's name on the listing..

WOW, just, WOW.

What a day this has been. First we hear Demi's cover of Let it Go and THEN OF ALL THINGS! We get the official soundtrack listing.

Man I need to think for a moment and say: What was that? We sure would like to know the answer to that.

Hurrah for more songs than Tangled.

EDIT: By the way, who's going to that premiere on Oct. 23 that was talked about?

So I've got a quick question..

I've been wanting a frozen shirt for a long time. and since Disney will NEVER make a shirt for a 19 yr old guy, can I just create one on Zazzle? The frozen logo will have disney above it.. Am I allowed to do that?

Happy to see a lot of lengthy songs (for Disney songs). Definitely going to be a more music-heavy movie than Tangled, which is great considering the cast.

The tracklist we were all waiting for, at last !!!! Some comments

- Olaf song and "Love is an open door"are quite short indeed...
- The troll song, “Fixer Upper” ?What an original title ! I'm lovin' it (even if i don't GET it...)
- For the “For The First Time In Forever” duet reprise, why is it not in the big finale ( with “The Great Thaw (Vuelie Reprise))” ???
- Is “Do You Want To Build A Snowman?” an official eight song ?? It's quite long, with adult Anna singing in it + two little girls ( is Katie Lopez the daughter of Bobby and Kristen ??) Maybe that song is a flash back sequence ?
- Hope we can hear Santino and Jonathan a little more in some of the 5 bonus songs ( can “Life’s Too Short (Reprise)" be the Hans Villain song ?)
- As for the score, the tracks are quite short, but if you consider the 2 cds, you have almost 33 score tracks !!! i'm in heaven !

"Love is an Open Door" isn't all that short. The other songs are just longer than most of the songs in TPATF and Tangled, but we're not back to Hunchback length yet

Some other memorable substantial songs that are roughly 2.5 minutes or less (from the "modern" musical era of Disney)

Beauty and the Beast:
"Something There" - 2:16

Aladdin:
"One Jump Ahead" - 2:22
"Friend Like Me" - 2:26

The Lion King:
"Can You Feel the Love Tonight?" (the main part of the song without Timon opening) - 2:25

Pocahontas:
"The Virginia Company" - 1:30
"Steady as the Beating Drum" - 1:46
"Just Around the River Bend" - 2:28
"Listen With Your Heart" - 1:13
"Savages (Part 1)" - 1:44
"Savages (Part 2)" - 2:15

Hercules:
"The Gospel Truth" - 2:26
"Zero to Hero" - 2:21
"I Won't Say I'm in Love" - 2:20
"A Star is Born" - 2:04

Mulan:
"Reflection" - 2:27
"A Girl Worth Fighting For" 2:26

The Princess and the Frog:
"Down in New Orleans" - 2:27
"Almost There" - 2:24
"When We're Human" - 2:22
"Gonna Take You There" - 1:46
"Ma Belle Evangeline" - 1:56

Tangled:
"When Will My Life Begin?" - 2:32
"Mother Knows Best (film version)" - 2:30

I'm beyond happy that there are a lot of songs that are of relatively substantial length, unlike TPATF's big collection of mostly "short" song and unlike Tangled's only 4 songs + short meaningless reprises.
