The princesses must do nothing but care for all their pets now. In fact, each of them could start a farm or something.

I saw this books at Amazon and I don't know what to think. It doesn't have any sense to release this books now, Disney has not released anything about Palace pets in these years and now they release books. What do you think?

That's peculiar, indeed. The brand has been dormant for quite some time now. The upcoming book is just a repackaging of an older book called "Blossom: A Happy Panda for Mulan". No new story or artwork have been produced. My guess is this was something hastily put together by the publisher to capitalize on the release of the live-action Mulan. I highly doubt the line has been revived.

But there's also another one with Rapunzel

I don't know what to tell you. That's also an older book titled "Blondie: Rapunzel's Royal Pony" getting republished under the "Step into Reading" label. The situation is weird for sure, but if they were reviving the brand there would be some activity in other areas like toy manufacturing.

That's what I think...I actually think that this brand would not work if they decide to released it again.

I don't think it was very lucrative in the first place because they didn't waste much time in cancelling it. And on social media and online, it was mainly being lambasted.

Um guys, Disney never replaced the original pets and animal sidekicks of the Disney Princesses when they did Palace Pets, they had them acknowledged during the Palace Pets sub-franchise such as the Palace Pets books.
Does that make any of you less angry about the Palace Pets and accept them better?

Um, because can anyone be aware and see the evidence that Disney never replaced the original pets and animal companions of the Disney Princesses with the Palace Pets?
I mean, does that save the Palace Pets?

Who said that Palace pets replaced Disney Princesse's original pets?.
Nobody cared about them because they were a cheap franchise that mixed My little pony with Littlest Pet shop. They didn't even created good stories for them and the designs were lazy. They only wanted to release more and more toys without a good development of each of the new characters.

I dont think their intention was to replace the animal Sidekicks, but to create furry versions of the princesses
And i agree with Thumper, the Littlest pet Shop and MLP hype in the 2010s playeda big influence too
